I stayed with them and I would say is that I had the most amazing experience.I contacted them the service was A+ throughout the entire process.They were very accommodating and friendly, making a difficult experience, easy to cope with. These woman are amazing and unique in there own way. Three meals a day and clean sheets, baths , and all of the attention you need after such a big moment in someone's life. The owner Patia was very sweet, thorough, and accommodating, not to mention she charges 1/2 of what other agencies charge. This was going to be perfect for my mother who is visiting from out of town. When I interviewed her, she seemed to get what I needed and was certain she could match us with an ideal nurse. I requested proof of her insurance and perhaps it was a coincidence but her effective date was the day of our scheduled work. Our 1st scheduled workday resulted in a nurse not showing up on time due to a family emergency. The nurse then texted that she would be here 2hrs late. This was not helpful as I would not be here to show her what was needed. I asked her if she was really able to assure me that she could make it, family emergebcy and all...and I was cursed out, called heartless and an F-bomb was launched at me because I "didn't know how to treat people." Even if that were true, that's not how you speak to a person who is going to employ you. Patia called another nurse who was off-duty who said she would come over after her appointment, by 10/11. At 2:30 no one had arrived and I was told she was still at her appointment from 8am. I called her and severed our agreement. I needed a dependable care provider for my mother. Plain and simple. I'm really sorry it didn't work out but it clearly wasn't a good fit.

Before she could be released to go home she needed clothes, her wallet, etc. She had been taken to the hospital by an ambulance and had no change of clothes, etc. Prior to my sister being discharged from the hospital Patia went to her house, got clothes, wallet, etc. She also arranged for my sister to be picked up from the hospital. Madeline, my sister's aide, took her shopping for groceries, made her bed and was just a regular powerhouse getting my sister set up. What more could you ask of a company. I can't say enough good about Aurelia's Angels. My sister will require an aide 7 days a week/6 hours a day. Patia is making that happen. If you are looking for a home health care company, I highly recommend Aurelia's Angels. Their pricing structure is very reasonable and the service and communication is top notch. Give them a try and see for yourself.

I came to Miami a few days early to party before my procedure which was on April 20th. EOS have a great package that includes light snacks and beverages, transportation from and to Miami airport, your Pre-op, Surgery, Two Post-op appointments, and prescription pick-up and drop-off. They also provide laundry service for your surgical garment. After my procedure was done, Christina greeted me and drove me to the house. She is the transport staff and was always on time and is extremely hilarious. At the house, felt pampered from start to finish. I had my own room which was a plus!!! Someone was always available to bring me fresh fluids and to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, even though I was very uncomfortable in the garments. Erica, Jessica and Sylvia were extremely caring and on point with everything. They truly made me feel like I was at home or with family. Cindy was the most relatable because she has been through cosmetic surgery before. She really gave good advice that I needed to get through my recovery. The meals were also great and easy on our recovering bodies. The other house guests were nice and shared a common area where we all checked on each other and talked about our surgery experiences from beginning to end. I had my procedure done at Zion Plastic Surgery. I believe all of the others went to Mia Aesthetics. I am extremely happy with my decision with Zion PS because I had a customized procedure. I had Hi Definition lipo/ Ab etching with fat transferred to my upper chest, arms and shoulders, with a bbl. I also had a fat transfer to my face (cheeks). I'm very happy that I stayed here at EOS for my aftercare. If I left any staff out who cared for me, my apologies. This is a recommended stay for anyone who is going to Miami for surgery.

We needed someone to be available overnight and to help her in the mornings. I gave feedback to the office about which caregivers connect with her the best, and they do their best to schedule them consistently for her. It's a relief to have a caregiver that you feel comfortable stay with her overnight. It actually allowed me to sleep through the night. I highly recommend the company.
