SnoBayou snowballs are easy enough to make. First you pick two flavors (or one flavor twice). Their flavors include: Strawberry Ga Peach Lemon Blackberry Pineapple Watermelon Then you add your stuffing ($1 extra), which comes as either: Vanilla Ice Cream Strawberry Ice cream Lemon Sorbet Finally you add your toppings ($0.50 extra). You can choose between Sno cream (Real whipped cream) or Sweet cream (condensed milk) Snowballs also come in mini ($4), regular ($5), or large sizes ($6) For my regular snowball ($6 total), I got watermelon and GA peach flavors, with strawberry ice cream as the stuffing, and whipped cream as the topping. They pour the stuffing first, then wrap the shaved ice around it. The shaved ice is very smooth, and is loosely held onto the icecream. None of the flavors are strong or sugary sweet, because the flavors come from fresh fruit, and that really makes a difference! I thought the regular size was enough for me, but if you're hungry or it's a hot day, The large might be up your alley. Customer service was great!
