He was quick to arrive, cordial and seemingly attentive to the conversation. The issues came when he sent one of his employees to do what we discussed. Instead of completing the additions needed and *getting the water softener back online for use*, Blake's employee only completed the additions. The piping to the softener is now cut and we can't even use the softener. We started with a leaking softener, but now after Mike Sherman's "repairs" we can't use it at all. Blake was given a chance to fix the mistake before I resorted to this review. I've saved all our text convo. He stated that, "we did what was discussed." You be the judge.

We paid $140 just for two technicians to tell us it couldn't be fixed. On top of that, they gave us an estimate of $12k+ for a new boiler--not including labor or tax--and said a salesperson would follow up with final pricing. At that point, we knew we were looking at a bill we simply couldn't afford. To my husband, I suggested reaching out to Bagniefski, since they did an amazing (and affordable) job fixing our AC last year. Even though I emailed after hours, Lance responded first thing the next morning and scheduled an inspection. The best part? The inspection was completely free. He just needed to see what type of boiler we had so he could explore options for us. Lance came out the very next morning, remembered us, and was professional and respectful as always. Within minutes, he already had a good idea of what he could offer. After hearing about the previous quote, he was honest and said it sounded high--and reassured us he could find something more affordable. This company is the best. In our duplex we have hot water baseboard heat and recently had a new…read moreboiler installed by another plumbing company. There was a problem and a service person from the original installer came about a month ago (the outside temp then was approx 80 degrees)...he could not figure out the problem, turned off the heat to both duplex units, left the premises, and we couldn't get anyone from that company to return and fix the problem. Because the temps were dropping to 50 degrees, we had to look for a solution elsewhere. We phoned Cary on Thursday, and their service tech was here within 24 hours and fixed the problem. We now have heat !! The service tech was efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant ... it could not have been better. A standing ovation for Cary !!!!
