He was quick to arrive, cordial and seemingly attentive to the conversation. The issues came when he sent one of his employees to do what we discussed. Instead of completing the additions needed and *getting the water softener back online for use*, Blake's employee only completed the additions. The piping to the softener is now cut and we can't even use the softener. We started with a leaking softener, but now after Mike Sherman's "repairs" we can't use it at all. Blake was given a chance to fix the mistake before I resorted to this review. I've saved all our text convo. He stated that, "we did what was discussed." You be the judge.

Paid the deposit, before doing our research and realizing how out of line that was. Got another plumber to do the job for $425. I will say, they were prompt in returning the deposit when we called them off, so I appreciate them not giving us the runaround on that.
