I needed a 20 amp dedicated circuit for a home based 15 needle embroidery machine and really didn't want to pay an electrical so got some "advice" and concluded we could put a 20 amp circuit in place of the 15 amp. Three months in, I noticed that my lights were flickering in the home office whenever I fired up the machine or plugged an iron in.
