I also realized a glue joint on an elbow had come loose and the pipe had been cut off at an angle and not properly seated during the installation process. It was definitely not installed per local pipe codes and I don't believe the the young men doing the installation are licensed certified plumbers. When I contacted them about the problem they said I was "lucky" my warranty was almost expired!!! What company would not correct a problem THEY CAUSED REGARDLESS OF WARRANTY! NEVER AGAIN!

I called Kimball's and someone came in about a half hour ! James and Taylor ended up going into the crawl space and set up a pump to move the water out. There are still two pot lights in the kitchen that do not turn on or off, but they performed well in repairing the light switch boxes, repairing the outlet in the basement and, most of all, installing brand new smoke detectors throughout the house.
