I had him schedule the installation and it was completed on Thursday by his crew. The job was a custom job and his crew did an impeccable job. After the installation Justin came by to make sure I knew how to use the equipment and that it worked properly. His bid was better than two other companies and he is a local company. I am a Senior Citizen and I was very pleased with the way I was treated fairly. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Justin and crew.

Not only that, this specific AC specialist refused to return my calls for help. It was miserably hot and I was desperate. Thankfully Justin promptly returned my call and in a short notice arrived and the actual issue with my unit( wiring )was resolved. Unfortunately for him, on this particularly day, it required several trips in my attic, but Justin went above and beyond, even changing the fuse 3 times to figure where the problem originated. In a professional manner, he called the next day to do a follow up to ensure everything was operating properly. Will definitely be our go to for anything electrical related.

When we decided to leave, we made sure to clean the entire apartment. Every corner, every edge, even pulled out the stove and cleaned behind it, the baseboards, doors, handles, EVERYTHING. I contacted the manager to let her know that we had finished and requested a walk through to see what else needed to be done in order to get our full deposit back. She ignored my email and went on and began hiring the cleaning people before i even got a chance to return the keys. She then stated that we left many areas still dirty and when i asked for pictures, she sent me pictures of a different apartment that was very dirty. She still has not responded to my emails of me asking when ill be getting my deposit refund and is very unprofessional. As a heads up, she charges you the cleaning fee even if you do or don't clean. So don't waste your time and just take your stuff and go! You're better off staying away from this place. Attached are pictures of how we left the apartment and she still had the audacity to say it was left dirty.

But on top of cockroaches being a constant problem since the day we moved in, and horrendously questionable management, it's been one of the worst renting experiences we've ever had. It's motivated us to look into our legal options to see if this can even be considered the bare minimum of acceptable. I'd stay away if I were you. This place is a means to an end for us and nothing more. The first month was great but over the last 5 months I now know why this place has gotten so many bad reviews, it's the horrible manager. You think you're safe with a lease but she is always trying to change the rules, she even filed a false police report and said I was trespassing. Shes saying my name wasn't on the lease I share with someone else. The police department laughed when I took them a copy. And now that summer is here, no guests are allowed in the pool according to her. Funny my lease says we can have up to 4 pool guests at a time! The apartment's only have 1 guest parking space for the entire unit, so good luck getting her to do anything about someone else parking in your space. Her response was "go park on the street " ya about 2 blocks away. So yes these apartment are fairly cheap but the hell you have to endure is so not worth it. Oh and dont be inviting any "friend, lol" to spend the night because that's not allowed! They have cameras and believe me shes watching. I can't wait to move. My advice, RUN to anyplace but here.

We don't run, we don't jump, we don't play loud music, we have our TVs so low that we need subtitles, and we still get complaints from her and then absolute outrage when trying to defend ourselves by saying you hear your neighbors in apartments and we suggested a white noise machine if they're that disrupted by normal, overly quiet noises. She stole my parking spot. She and her husband park in visitors and vacant spots, but threatens to tow you if you do. They yell and fight at all hours, yet complain if you drop your phone on the floor because it's "too loud". She will nit-pick every single thing about you and expect to get away with it. Oh and if your appliances need replacing, expect it to take months. Even a fridge.
