I decided to try and go with this company to have my new car tinted at the recommendation of a friend who had his car tinted and the great reviews I saw on here. Unfortunately, I was one of the few who had a bad experience. I made an appointment, took off work, and made sure I had a ride (who also took off work) to have my car tinted. I spoke with the owner over a week before my set appointment and went over what I wanted to have done specifically and that I had old tint that needed to be removed, to which he advised me it would be a whole day process as the old tint needed to soak, which was fine. When I went in for my appointment today and mentioned again needing my old tint removed, I was told that he did not have time for that and it was an all day process (which we already spoke about and I understood). It was obvious he forgot or did not book correctly. I understand mistakes happen and I do not think it was intentional, however, it was a big inconvenience to myself and my ride who took off time from work and made plans to have this done. He did not seem very apologetic and only offered to try and stay late after I explained my unhappiness with the situation. I did not want my car to be rushed and have things damaged just to get it done and decided to go back to another company who is slightly more expensive, however, does great work and has done multiple of my other vehicles.
