I have AAA and they dispatched Alpha Towing from Devine/Natalia, Texas, which is south and west of downtown San Antonio. Alpha called me to get directions to my location because I was visiting friends at their ranch, with no "landmarks" nearby. Alpha informed me it would take about 1.5 to 2 hours to get to me because they were finishing another tow and it was just a long way to drive. After another phone call they arrived right on time and loaded my truck carefully and efficiently. The drive to the repair shop was a bit hairy because of construction, narrow lanes, lots of traffic and it was very dark on 1604. The Alpha driver handled the hazards with no problems. The driver and his wife (I believe his name is Roger) were courteous and took care to ensure my truck and I arrived safely and stayed with me until my ride home arrived. Alpha Towing has my highest recommendation!

But the gentlemen there were honest and fair with the amount of work needed. Most importantly, they were surprisingly time sufficient with how long they had my vehicle in the shop.
