Which we received as a credit from our seller. Beings that Don Jordan had given the estimate we called him, when it came time to do the work. Him and his co-worker came out and spent a good portion of the day here. My husband was told at some point that he charges $55 an hour. When he was leaving my husband still had no idea what we owed and was told that to fix both sliding glass doors would be around $5K!!!! Needless to say I was livid!!!! When giving estimates you might want to do a better job at checking things out. Plus we ended up paying over $600 for him to basically fix 1 door. Which my husband ended up having to do more work to a month later!!! I will never recommend him and will discourage everyone I know from using him!!

I received a quick response from Juan, detailed explanation of what could be done (as well as the limitations) and the cost, and provided the next available appointment. I sent pictures of the unit, indoors and outdoors, so he would be able to determine if the work could be done. Juan checked in with me prior the the appointment, and on the morning of the appointment, he was conscientious and called to alert me he was running late, with approximate arrival window. The service I received was stellar! Juan was experienced, friendly, knowledgeable, and the cost of the service was just as he quoted me. He was respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers inside. I found Lion Heart to have integrity, transparency, and the service was impeccable. 5 or more stars for Juan and his company, and will certainly recommend him and use Lion Heart again in the future.

They worked with us for over a year designing, imagining, and building an amazingly beautiful home with unbelievable quality in literally every aspect, including the insulation. They built for us inside an out what is unique, elegant, with the greatest focus on detail. They were consistently available for any question and engaged us continuously in the building process. And they were focused and on time with every asapect of the build even though we live on several acres above Napa and they are out of Winters. Our home, because of them, should be in architectural magazines. The designer kitchen, the bathrooms, the living areas, the decks, every single aspect. We have had so many neighbors and friends who used other builders and always regret their choices when they come to our home. The team is funny, engaging, and talented in the extreme.
