Called the company to discuss my concerns, an employee stated as to say "well things happen, nothing last forever" to paraphrase. With two independent contractors review of the master bathroom, the following repairs were found: cracked tiles, waterproof board not supported at seams, label not removed from waterboard to allow proper adhesion, I was provided with pictures and written estimates. After $7617.81 total amount to repair the bathroom, I am happy with results.

It's a wood fence. Even if it's built 100% perfectly it won't stay 100% perfect. Changes in the earth and wood play a huge factor. The fact is he builds great long lasting fences, and if you knew anything about fences you should build it yourself if you are going to complain about little mistakes. He really does quality work. My only real criticism would be the original quote. (Which really was my mistake for not clarifying) but I didn't realize the gates and the actual fence were separated on the quote. I wish there would have been a total at the bottom. So it ended up being a little more than I thought. BUT like I said that was my fault for not clarifying, and I most likely would have had him do the fence anyway because I didn't wanna do it. Also if you are in a rush then don't hire ANY contractor. They have a lot of clients they are working for at once. This is how it works. You MUST have patience. All in all it was a great experience with Fence King, he really does quality work. You had two ex-cons sitting around doing nothing while you were gone. You then fired them because they didn't know anything. Then, as luck would have it, you finally finished weeks past the original date, yet the gate wasn't fit properly and had to come back. Nick and his crew recently redid our entire backyard landscaping, from the demolition and removal…read moreof existing concrete, lawn, and plants, through the installation of pavers, plants, bark, irrigation, and lighting. The crew that came every day were consistent with their timing, courteous, and willing to take input. We were starting with a vague diagram of what we wanted, so there were many details to finalize during the process, and they made sure to discuss each of those with us. Nick's bid was less detailed as to what would be included than other bids, so we had started out a little bit uncomfortable, but everything that we'd discussed and expected was included in the price, including adding in trenching to set up for electricity and gas lines that the other companies wanted to charge a lot for. Several months after the job was done, Nick came by to do a wellness check on the yard, including making sure that the irrigation was working properly.  He also had some of the crew come by for a few touch up items. We highly recommend Vizcay Landscaping and would definitely hire them again in the future!

I really wanted large concrete steps for a walkway and wanted to keep a little bit of green so they installed a patch of artificial turf for me and everything turned out great!! Nick and his crew went above and beyond by replacing the existing river rocks by the garden hose with the new gray rocks. This was not originally included in the quote and I didn't think twice about it but Nick suggested replacing them so the rocks would all match. Awesome customer service!!
