Being a home owner for over 40 years, I have had many experiences hiring home service companies. Most adequately completed the job but none were outstanding; that is until we found Willow Floors of Plano, TX. Our experience with Ismail and his install team was a 1 of a kind. From the time we walked into the showroom to when the final wood plank was installed, Willow Floors delivered like no other! Willow Floors showroom has a variety of flooring materials; hardwoods, carpet, and tile beautifully displayed. Ismail helped us choose the hardwood and even discussed a tile choice for our kitchen that would eventually go well with the wood floor. Deciding on a wood floor, Ismail came by the house and laser measured all rooms and reviewed the dimensions of each area one by one. Meeting him at the store to set up the schedule and make payment, we went over all the costs line-by-line so I had a very clear understanding of all costs associated with the install. No hidden costs, no "by-the-way" costs; the price we paid was the exactly what we agreed to. Willow Floors accommodated our schedule and began the install on the agreed-to date and time. The actual install was impressive. The installers carefully moved our furniture and wasted no time on the demo removing and hauling-off the old carpet, old wood floor and baseboards. Arriving on-time each day, the installers began work immediately diligently installing the wood floor. I work at-home so having a floor installed during the work day might be cause for alarm. However, the installers were more than accommodating when we needed to move around the house and needed access to the install area. At the end of the prescribed installed time, the job was completed and the installers vacuumed and hand-cleaned the installed floor. The result was a move-in ready floor. Willow Floors installed carpet upstairs and engineered wood downstairs. They did a great job. They were very helpful and gave proper advice and solutions.
