Worse Company ever...EVER! They mismeasured kitchen walls (not 1 wall but 2 walls out of 3), they do not communicate, they delivered more wasteful items then could be contained (even the delivery drivers made comments), they double booked appointments (again, Wren's employees said it happens all the time), they had to come back 6-7 times and I still had to hire someone else to complete the job! Wren created an inferior design since they were 3'-6" off with their measurements. Oh and by the way, one worker was so negative in my house, about the company he works for, WREN, they fired him! If I only listened to the warning he was giving me! It is a worthless, piece meal company that blames every one else for the mistakes and negativity you endure, & noone wants to take responsibility or be accountable! Wren Kitchens I would like to say a big thank you to your delivery guys for dropping my replacement oven and pretended like nothing has happened. My kitchen fitter saw it and when he confronted them, they totally denied it. Thank you for leaving me with a damaged oven. A lady I also need to say thank you to is Vanessa at customer service. Your unwillingness to help customers when you are in the wrong is top notch. Thank you for trying your hardest to not give me a refund on the oven. When I reminded Vanessa they have breached the consumer act 2015, she immediately closed my case. My advice for people who are looking to buy a wren kitchen is please go ahead and do it if you willing to fight with them over your rights. No point of going into the store where you purchased your kitchen as all they say is "there is nothing I can do, you will need to contact customer service". I had the misfortune of using Wren Kitchens at the Levittown location. I was treated very badly by both George, the manager, and Edna, the lady who designed the kitchen. Once my deposit went through and I signed the contract and the commission is secured, they didn't want anything to do with me. I was provided with an 800-number for customer care. I was overcharged for pieces that I didn't need and they would not issue a refund for unused pieces that are still in boxes.. I wrote an email to the management office never received a reply. prior to finalizing the deal? I asked if I could have a sample of the cabinet material Edna replied no they don't give sample but I can buy a whole door. it's because the cabinets are covered with thin layer of thermofoil instead of paint. Wren installed my new cabinets and countertops. I am very happy with the way they look, however, it was an extremely stressful process. It was uncoordinated -- Wren designs and sells the kitchen, and then a third party installs, and if you pay more, takes cabinets away. The countertop division of Wren is different from the cabinet division. It took much longer than expected, especially after the installer indicated everything would be done by Christmas Eve. It is now Jan 17th and we are still waiting for the last pieces of the cabinets to come in and then be installed. While I like the finished product, I would not recommend Wren. read more

Kaheem our sales representative was extremely helpful and professional assisting us with the design and cabinet selections that best met the design and layout we were looking to achieve for our service pantry. He quickly understood our design concept, layout and space challenges and made the entire process simple and easy. We also had a pretty aggressive timeline to complete our project and he was able to get all of the cabinets to us within two weeks. One of the cabinets did come with some minor parts that were damaged which the service department address immediately and had the new parts shipped to me within days. In fact, highlighting this may be a weak spot that could possibly become a future concern as well, the service team shipped me additional replacement parts at NO charge in case I ever needed. Acting as my own designer & installer, with many years of experience the process, purchase and installation could not have been easier. So many red flags from the beginning!! We thought about going with Wren for our new kitchen however ran far far away after having a consult at their show room. We had so many quality concerns after touching everything. Their cabinets are vinyl wrapped particle board, one can feel both the seams and the vinyl move. Just everything felt cheap during the walk through. I still don't quite understand the difference in their three pricing tiers, they are all made of the same materials. We have an odd dimensioned kitchen and their designer wanted to waste the very limited space we have because they didn't have a way to properly fit their cabinets in our space. They did some weird thing and wanted to jerry rig our kitchen. They did not give us more functionality in our kitchen rather took a lot of it away. We have a bar top in our kitchen that's we also wanted in Quartz however their program would not let them add it nor would it let them add supports underneath. Their resolution was to mix quartz counters with a laminate bar. Once again very questionable choices. Then they walked us through their pricing by individually clicking through the deals. We said we needed to think about it before making a decision, the designer asked if we wanted put down a deposit or to apply for financing right there and then. Like what? We were then told that their sales would end on Wednesday (I believe we went on Friday), however about 2 weeks later we got an email saying that they would extend our promo price by and additional 48hrs. They created a false sense of urgency. Furthermore, the price would have went up by about $1200, that told us that their sticker price would never be the sticker price. They are constantly running the same or similar sales. We walked out of there feeling like we just walked out of a used car dealership. We can't comment on anything past this initial step but there were too many red flags for us to ignore. read more

I couldn't be happier with my parents new Wren kitchen cabinets and countertops! We went to the show room in Levittown NY where our designer Kaheem Deer helped us from start to finish. The kitchen was for my parents who are up there in age in their 80's. So we were looking to make it as convenient as possible in design. Kaheem had his work cut out for him as my mother wants what she wants. He spent 4 hours with us and was super patient! Designed the perfect kitchen for them! Thanks again Kaheem! They love it! They mismeasured the oven and then delivered a damaged oven. The sink stopper broke immediately with it not being able to be removed from the sink, and, instead of coming to fix, they asked for additional pictures of how it still couldn't be removed. They more generally have taken no responsibility and offered no help with the installation process. For a summary of the most fundamental issues on the installation process, when running into a wall, we sent them this message: "We would like to make sure we are clear on Wren's position. Wren acknowledges they recommended the installers, have a relationship with them that involves using them on a regular basis and coordinated for the installers to arrive. Wren further acknowledges that they had a team come out to look at the space and determine, among other things, if everything could be shipped into the space (which Wren messed up with respect to the oven) and if any other updates would be needed to the space and that, during such inspection, the only electrical issue Wren specified was that there would ideally not be an electrical outlet above the stove, which Wren had us acknowledge in our contract. See customer information item 9 in the contract, which we discussed with Wren and had the work done to address before installation. Wren acknowledges that it has been informed and is aware that we asked and sent photos to the installer recommended by Wren having them also confirm no updates to the space would be needed prior to installation. Wren acknowledges that it has been informed and is aware that the installer recommended by Wren sent us two invoices for additional services, one of which we were not told we would be charged before being so charged. Wren acknowledges that it has been informed and is aware that we estimate the cost of handling such additional services prior to installation would have been around $300 instead of the $720 charged for same day services. Wren acknowledges that we took every reasonable effort with both Wren and the installer recommended by Wren to have the additional services before the installer arrived when it would have been less expensive. Wren acknowledges that [we] called Wren to try to resolve these issues at the time they occurred and Wren told [us] that they could not address at that time due to Wren's internal policies. And, notwithstanding the foregoing, Wren is neither willing to provide us a credit for the excess cost of the repairs that resulted from Wren and the installer recommended by Wren's failures to advise on clearly visible issues with the space nor willing to tell the installer they recommended and work with regularly to reduce the price of such additional services by the amount of such excess cost. Please let us know if this correctly reflects Wren's position or if Wren could change its position." In response, we were told that Wren will not do anything to help. I can't imagine being a company that is told their installation company both provided terrible advice and committed fraud and responding that it's not their issue. "Regarding the additional works you got through the installers, this is not included in our services. In your contract it states that electrical/hookup/plumbing is additional works. I do understand that you advised that our installers did not look for electrical work needed during the prefit, usually the only thing electrical that they will point out is if an outlet will be blocked by the cabinets that are going to be installed and will advise the work that will be needed before installation. We do contract these installers but they are not responsible for any additional works. Since you contracted the electrical work through them, then they reviewed your kitchen to see what additional works were needed. They may have found work that was needed additionally to the prefit but again this is a contract between you and the installers.. Wren does not have anything to do with additional works between you and the installers. I would not be able to advise why the price changed from $300 to $720. We do have guide on prices on page 16 of the contract but we cannot guarantee pricing with anything regarding additional works. We would not look to compensate for this because as we discussed this is additional works." read more

I have had the cabinets for 3 yrs 4 mos and they are starting to fall apart at the bottom of the cabinets they are coming unglued. It looks like the finish on the cabinets might be vinyl. I have had nothing but problems. It took them a few months to get the cabinets in right. I was missing a cabinet when they arrived and they were ordering all the wrong parts. Do not purchase from wren kitchens unless you are prepared to deal with horrible customer service and wrong parts being delivered to your home. Our experience started with a very pushy sales person who cancelled appts on us 3 times and then held the delivery date over our head when we did not provide signature on the contract ASAP. She also continued to use my pregnancy due date as an incentive for why she wanted us to sign the contract quickly but then was unresponsive. Once we received the cabinets, several items were incorrect. Additionally our sales person said she would review all appliances to ensure they were correct with the cabinets. When the microwave door didn't open all the way Wren said it was our fault and our responsibility to review all appliances. Wren definitely does check the appliances as ahead of our original order delivery date I received an email that they measured incorrectly for the fridge and needed to send new cabinets. In trying to resolve the issues, their customer service team has been completely unresponsive and unprofessional. Additionally, when I asked to escalate this to management and speak to someone else they said I couldn't be this was something they could resolve....yet no one is responding. I was going to wait until my kitchen was actually finished before I write a review but honestly, if I could prevent somebody from using this company and having the issues I've been having then I'd rather do so now. this kitchen remodel has been a major headache all due to this company. this company does not communicate between the designer , the installer and the delivery team . I don't think that these three components have any idea what the other person's job really is . at first the designer seemed OK but then once she made the sale, she was difficult to get a hold of and took no initiative in helping us with our issues. she very much had an attitude of these things are out of my hands" well one major issue we had was actually all of her doing. After everything was purchased, I noticed that the kitchen sink was missing from the order. I was the one who brought this to the attention of the designer who then had to order the kitchen sink . the sink ended up coming a day after the cabinets so the cabinets could only be installed to a point and then they had to stop because they didn't have the sink. this was a domino effect for everything that we had scheduled -appliance delivery, countertop, measurement etc. etc. everything else delayed and put on hold.additionally, one of our upper cabinets came terribly damaged. There was absolutely no damage to the packaging so it looks like someone literally put a damaged cabinet into our delivery. Is there no quality control in this company? We had to order a replacement which came almost a week later again delaying everything else . I have spoken to customer service so many times and their answer is for me to reach out to the designer . when I reach out to the designer , her attitude is "I don't know why customer service couldn't help you" and " these things happen and are out of my control" . actually this major mistake, (not ordering the sink) was completely in her control and be very careful reading the very fine print . when we met the designer in the showroom we asked if the cabinets were solid wood -we were adamant that this was important to us and she insisted they were. They are definitely not solid wood. They are MDF and I'm praying they hold up beyond the year because we spent a lot of money. we Worked a lot of overtime to afford this kitchen. there are only a couple of positives. The female representative from the installation company has been very pleasant and helpful. The men who came to do the installation were hard workers and the individuals from the countertop company (they are contracted out ) also very nice and professional. but all in all we are not happy with Wren kitchens and wouldn't recommend them. read more

I currently purchased cabinets from Wren . Before buying wren sent two contractors to obtain proper measurements for cabinet installation. They later showed me a picture format of how my new kitchen would appear. Followed with a price and contract. Originally I was going to use there installers. However, I later changed my mind. I signed the contract. When the cabinets came several cabinets were 36 inches which was not the appropriate size. When called customer service I was told I signed the contract therefore agreeing to the size of those cabinets and refused to change them. Instead Wren tried to "Swindle"me into purchasing new cabinets. Stating I had to keep the cabinets delivered and purchase new ones. Wren Contractors did the measurements. Evidently they sent inaccurate measurements to the sales Rep. However, for Wren customer service Representative Destiny (who said she's a mgr.)to say I signed the contract. As if I would measure behind two contractors is Crazy. Then to insist I purchase additional cabinets is truly insulting. I liked the look of the kitchens in the showroom but this place is a Rip Off. Please! please! please! DO NOT use this company! I hope I can prevent anyone from going through the nightmare I have been through! Don't ignore the multiple bad reviews like I did! You will absolutely regret it. It isn't just the showroom. It's the whole company that a problem. There were multiple problems and every time they sent a replacement it would take over a week. The replacements would come and they as well were wrong size, colors or I would receive a drawer cabinet instead a wall cabinet. 2 times they came with a delivery for a few replacements and items were missing off the truck so the delivery driver said call customer care. SMH! After much back and forth and speaking everyday to numerous people at customer service I was transferred to a manager to named Megan to prevent anymore issues and the first replacement she handles comes wrong. So now still waiting for everything to be resolved. Contractor cant contour so no haven't had a kitchen in months. The showroom tells You whatever it takes and they are very believable. A head supervisor ( who I won't say yet because I'm still waiting for her to make it right) has dodged most of my calls, doesn't respond to majority of my emails, (probably because she doesn't want to put anything in writing in). When she does talk on the phone she promises the world and is so apologetic for all these wrongs says she's on top of it and working on it but yet it's been a month I was transferred to her and I'm still waiting. When it comes time to make it right, she disappears and I cant get a hold of her through email phone or text. The cabinets really aren't as affordable to great as they seem. The showroom cabinets look nice but they aren't used so the quality isn't great for everyday use. This is the scam- When you to the showroom to start designing your kitchen. The designer shows you a virtual reality image of your kitchen and what it will look like once kitchen is completed. They give you this sale price so you think your getting it at a good price to get you to sign. If you say I want to think about it , a day or 2 later they send an email telling you the sale is going to end within the next 2 days so if you want to get the sale the price you should come in and give a deposit to hold the price. the worst kitchen company. I used the Levittown store. I am so frustrated. The so called designer didn't help me in designing. I have pull all the ideas on my own. She messes all the measurements of the cabinets. She never told me, I realized the mistakes in design and measurements one week before the delivery. I informed the "designer", she gave me a vague AI generated response. I replied her and she left my text on seen. I went back to Wren kitchen, the manager there helped me to get to fix the measurements. That is great. The only good part. then designer tried to contact back to me with no real help. Now today I got delivery. I was supposed to get a delivery text and a tracking number, never got it. Fortunately, I called the customer care and they said with a laugh that driver will be there in 15 mins while I was still sitting at work. The delivery window was from 1pm to 3:30pm. it was 12 pm when I called to find out. then the delivery guy told us that they are missing the sink. I called back the customer care. they are so shameless and no real customer service. again another irresponsible employee told me that I was supposed to get an email a week ago that this specific sink is on back order. we are apologize that we didn't send you the sink. but don't worry, sink should be there in a week. Are you kidding me? my old kitchen is already demolished, contractor is coming tomorrow to put the new kitchen and you are saying, the only thing you can do is refund or I can wait until the end of new week. The sink is their own brand so I can't find the same sink anymore. I am a working mother, I am at work right now, my child has a concert in the evening until 8:30 pm. On top of that I have to find a new sink. really??!!! shame on you all. if I have to go through with all this stress then why did I hire you? If I could give less than a star I would. But here we are. They lure you in with a fancy showroom. They offer you water, sit you down, give you the options, show you the high quality materials, and you are wooed. You sit down, have a rendering - you put on a VR and see what the kitchen looks like. You can even open the cabinets and see inside. Looks amazing right? After you sign your contract, and pay - which in our case was $13,000, you would be lucky if you get someone to answer the phone. I was trying to get a delivery date. The designer told me I could get an easier delivery and closer than 4-5 weeks if I split the order- appliances separately. Mind you, he should have said this before as he knew that my main goal and concern was to have a kitchen before my child started school. I had to follow up with him multiple times, each time I received an OOO message, and no one helped me. He then claimed it was a customer service issue. I called customer service, who said it was a designer issue. I called him again and he said ok let me follow up. After chasing him again, he said "sorry my customer service team said this could not be done." So I was stuck with a bad date. Fine. Come delivery day. The cabinets are dropped off. All seems neatly packaged. When I go to install them, they had sent the wrong color. I had explicitly asked for Ash Grey. My designer decided on his own, without consulting us, to change the color. I had to fight and get several hours of customer service demanding the proper cabinets. Turns out they do not replace cabinets. They just send you the "decoration" panels- incomplete - and so you have to call over and over again just to get the right pieces. And they treat you as if they were doing YOU a favor by sending you the pieces for you to put together the garbage kitchen that you have been bamboozled into buying. These cabinets are essentially worse than Ikea- you have to put most of the thing together yourself. It's a nightmare. Fine. when I get the rest of the décor, I continue installation. The cabinets were scratched in multiple locations. one even had random HOLES in it when I opened the box. And one of them didn't fit properly because what they do not tell you is that their designers leave random gaps everywhere that you then have to figure out how to cover. Then when you try to explain that the corner cabinet is trash, they hit you with a "this is a European design." Mind, I have lived in London and Paris and never come across this garbage, so someone who has probably never set foot outside of the U.S. is claiming that it is a "European" Design. I had to place the cabinets back in a delivery truck myself just to get them out of the house and then contract with another company to actually give me cabinets that fit. Which of course I was never refunded for. Now onto the quality. It's basically compressed wood - like the stuff you buy at Ikea. So when it gets wet? It will bubble up. Seems like a terrible combination for a KITCHEN to have materials that cannot get wet. When you are in the showroom they show you really high end materials. I walked around with the door to the cabinet that we were "buying". Materials are completely different. It's cheap and worse than anything you could ever get at home depot. Please save yourself the headache and the hassle. Go to lowes, or homedepot or the friendly neighborhood low quality "kitchen and bath place" - you'll get a better quality product than this garbage Wren sells. read more

Run, Don't Walk AWAY from Wren. i purchased simple cabinets, just cabinets. Wren came and measured. screwed it all up. i have a refrigerator that needed a buffer because the refrigerator extending into the wall. So the top cabinets were perfect. Buffer and all. So HOW does the bottom cabinets not have the same measurements?????? fNow thee delivery was in March, we are now on April 17. so back to the bottom cabinets, I have an L-shape in the corner no biggie. WREN sent me the wrong cabinet, so i call and they say we will sent out the right L-shape. 2 -= Here comes the new L-shape still the wrong size (apparentently WREN order my piece from another manufactorere. So here we go again. 3. I get now a few boxes for the L-shape. STILL... NOOOOOOO the L-shape cabinet was still NOT Measured right, So my contractor has to cut th ends of the L-shape to make it fit.... Like i said RUN AWAY!!!!!!! read more

This company is the absolute worst! They measure wrong then blame them customer! They don't deliver anywhere near what was promised the are miss cabinets a and doors! The have absolutely uncaring so called customer service. And their cabinets are pressboard! Stay away at all costs. I would have given zero stars if I could have. read more

A terrible experience from start. I went to the College Point store. Salesman Jonathan was more interested in "performing" than actually doing the job. Walked 10 ft in front of us, we could barely hear him, telling his silly jokes. The Wren people were to come and measure out the openings into dwelling to make sure they could be brought in. Initially, Jonathan said they'd be there between 1 and 2. Then, we received an email it would be between 4 & 5. THEN, we received an email that the first email was sent in error, he'd get back to us. He never did, so we assumed it was 4 - 5. The day if inspection I was getting into my car at noon, and they showed up, unannounced. Next, Jonathan said WE should call their installer, VKS, to make an appointment for pre-fit. This was incorrect, according to Wren customer service - they reach out to installer and installer would contact us. The next appointment was for "pre-fit". The installer from VKS stated all measurements & design done by Wren were incorrect. He said he would forward the proper measurements to Wren. Surprisingly, we were then told their installation does NOT include removal of old kitchen (it is WELL HIDDEN in the cintract). We need to negotiate with the installer, that Wren only offers removal in the U.K.!! It was three small (two 24x24, one 36x36) and a 42" base, cabinets. Wren's installer wanted ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS to remove! That's who Wren uses. I called VKS to inquire the insane price, also emailed, and never got a response. After VKS left, Lesley (sales person at College Pt) emailed some stupid questions, like "what model is your kitchen faucet", "what model sink", etc. Incompetence, as they had ALL information from their installer. Phone calls & emails went unanswered. They were bumbling and incompetent from start to finish. We finally canceled. All NY area companies do free removal. The company is a racket, and incompetent at best. Save yourself aggravation, and shop ANYWHERE else. read more

Could've been better, yes. After they got paid, they don't respond to any issues they left behind that they can ironed out. My wife was happy with their materials and looks, but they are limited in cabinet space optimization design and they leave too much gaps between the cabinet top and ceiling, about 6 inches. They don't provide crown molding. The subcontractor they used to assemble and install the cabinets was lazy (given a few days to do the installation but rushed to do it all in 1 day, starting late and ending late in the day, and are dirty) left some roughness around some edges, short cuts. The faucet could have have been better. They provide interest free financing. Price is ok. read more

Extremely disappointed in every facet of this company. I would highly recommend going else where. They have discontinued kitchens in there showroom that they will not tell you are discontinued and still sell to you and send you something different. We planned to have our kitchen done before thanksgiving, it is now February and the kitchen is still not done. When the kitchen finally showed up on January 22nd most of the cabinets were damaged in some way, either paint chipping/peeling, holes in cabinets, etc. The install was not any better, most of the doors and drawers are cooked, there is a 1/4" gap between a decor board and wall, one drawer doesn't close at all because it is too crooked, etc. they also completely dusted out our garage with saw dust, covering multiple car seats drillers and infant toys. after printing out 60+ pictures and bringing them to the store to express our concerns we were told they would have someone come to the house and check all of the cabinets for defects and poor installation, as well as have the head of claims contact us, neither of which has happened a week later. The design process seems really nice until you realize the designers don't know what they're doing. You have to have IKEA levels of project management despite claiming to have excellent service. My designer is no longer with the company and the company is claiming no responsibility for any of the errors. Really horrible experience. read more

The worse experience I had with WREN kitchen . Their price is so high , they irresponsible for their mistake. they're forcing people to make all the payment before releasing any type of design papers. if u don't want ur money to go to the toilet please don't buy anything from this store. the worse of the worse lie and cheat . read more
