DO NOT BUY!!! I did my entire house with Porcelanosa at the Westbury store. Porcelanosa will not stand behind their product. I had a problem with a tile that was paid for that came in defective and they won't pick it up or give me back my money. The sales people won't help me and they won't give a person to contact. I've called numerous people and sent at least 30 emails. Now I have to go to small claims court. This has been a frustrating experience!!!!!! read more

We decided to check this place out because we were remodeling our master bathroom and this place was near my parents house. We walked in, and out of the five ladies working there, not one of them acknowledged us. We thought they might've just been busy and would surely come ask us if we needed help while we browsed. We were in the store for almost half an hour and passed by the "sales associates" several times and were never asked if we needed help, or even said a simple "Hello". This place lost our business for simply having the worst customer service i've experienced in my life. They really should talk to their people about customer service, it doesn't hurt to crack a smile and say a simple hello to customers when they walk in. read more

I recently purchased their Linkfloor Vinyl Flooring and was horribly disappointed at the quality of the product and the customer service in trying to fix the matter. To start with this floor is very flimsy. It is plastic with a design on top so it feels funny when walking on it especially when walking from one room that has different flooring. Installation: Very simple installation. First you lay a thin foam layer padding that you purchase from Porcelanosa and then you float the tiles above it. You simply click the tiles together nice and tight and they lock in. When the floor was done it looked great. After a few weeks the floor starts to shift and you see gaps in between some of the tiles and you see the line of where they click together and there is nothing that can be done about it besides removing the molding and reinstalling which will yield the same problem. The handling of the situation with Porcelonsa was very poor. They came twice to inspect it and concluded that it was not installed properly even though it looked great for the first few weeks. I can tell you that my installer was a very experienced carpenter for 35+ years of expeirence whom I have used several times in the past. I watched him install it and it was perfect. The issue is obviously this type of product. I highly recommend staying away from this product for both quality and final outcome. read more

When you go into this store for the first time the staff is nice and eager to sell. Once you purchase and leave the store then the nightmare begins. Firstly they never reply to emails nor answer the telephone so my husband and I had to literally walk in the showroom to get attention. Melanie Ocampo was the salesperson and replied to us that she is with a customer very rudely. We were so shocked at her response. Our order has many issues that related to the lack of time spent reviewing our order. We were missing items and had to be constantly following up. In the end I am so disgusted and fedup with this whole situation. This morning was the last straw when I emailed Melanie and you can see by her answers in the email how rude she was. the products are beautiful but do not buy from the location at Old Country Road. any other location will probably have better service. read more

You can actually build your dream bathroom at Porcelanosa. I always thought Porcelanosa was too expensive and I couldn't afford it. But the stuff at Porcelanosa is actually not crazy expensive like I always thought. I decided to stop by one day to take a look inside, I was walking around and looking at all the things inside the shop. A lady came to me and just said hello and said if you need any help, just let me know. She told me later on most of the people that comes into Porcelanosa, don't really want to be bother and if they want some help, they will go to one of the desk where the sales ladies are sitting. I actually bought many things from Porcelanosa and will be renovating my bathroom. I guess all the sales ladies should at least say hello to the people walking into the showroom. But I've been there at times when all the sales ladies are very busy. Also, for people who doesn't know Porcelanosa, the company is from Spain and their factory is also from Spain. I would highly recommend going to Porcelanosa, if you're planning on renovating your bathroom or kitchen. read more

The product is great no doubt but I'm a little leery about how this company does business. As I understand it there's a flat fee of $80.00 for delivery;  so if I run short on my job ( we all know how construction goes ) then for every additional box I need there's a shipping charge, there's no store pick up (not even for a bag of grout) and the only other option is to go to Ramsey NJ which is a waste of time. Here's the good part, if I even have one box of tile extra or even a mosaic to return, I have to pay a $80.00 pick up fee and have it picked up. Now isn't that ludicrous?! Oh and get this there is a 20% restocking on every return. What?? So if I bought something as small as a robe hook or even a bag of grout I can't return it in store, the 80 pick up fee is mandatory and if I returned it 5 days later there's a restocking fee. I mean c'mon people. I just think for a company as big as this should have a better return and delivery policy. You've already lost a customer. read more

I must say being to this store has been quite an experience. About two weeks ago my husband and I were browsing, and we had a question and the first person we saw was a blonde lady in the front. Before approaching her desk she immediately said something to the effect of she can't help us because she was dealing with her mortgage lady and one of the girls would help us. It was not what she said it was how she said it, like we were being a bother and we were a bit put off. We were helped by a very nice young lady but while browsing someone else proceeded to ask a question of the lady and she responded that she has too much shit to do that one of the girls would help and stuck a cigarette in her mouth and went outside. At this point I was so disgusted I didn't even want to look at anything in the store. There was so much wrong with what she said in our duration there and I had to wonder why someone was allowed to speak to buying customers like that.
