We ordered several dishes to share: the steamed dumplings with chicken and shrimp, bok choy with mushrooms, caramel pork, and Bún Riêu. Everything was decent and nicely presented--the dumplings were tasty, the bok choy dish with mushroom was good, the caramel pork was flavorful and the Bún Riêu tasted close to what I am used to. For drinks, we tried their red bean in coconut milk (their signature item) and the lemongrass iced tea. Both were refreshing. The decor is modern, trendy, and inviting, making it a pleasant spot to relax before an evening out. What surprised us, though, was the service. Once our food arrived, no one checked in on us at all--not to ask how things were, not to offer refills, nothing. It stood out because every other restaurant we've visited in Austria has had genuinely warm and attentive service. I suppose there's a first time for everything. Overall, Saigon delivered solid food and a stylish atmosphere, but the lack of follow‑up from the staff left the experience feeling incomplete.

What I ordered: I believe on the menu it was just called the Vienna burger, but it was a tofu schnitzel burger that came w fries and a soda. I also got the lime sauce that was an additional 80¢ and was so yummy and refreshing! The burger was amazing! This place really knows how to do vegan food! They also had a cool selection of sodas. I just got the cherry coke. The price was around 11€ which isn't bad for the taste and quality of the food. This place does everything right! I wish I lived in Vienna so I could come here more often!

But thankfully their vegan nuggets are gluten-free so I got their Nugget Salad (which is their soy protein "chicken" nuggets on a garden salad and a garlic sauce). (I would have preferred to have something that was vegan and gluten-free that was NOT fried, but I suppose I should be happy I had something to eat.) And it was tasty! The nuggets weren't dry at all and had a nice texture. There was a nice creamy sauce on the nuggets, and a different light (balsamic olive oil?) dressing for the salad that was also a great combo. I also got a lemonade for my beverage, but it was a carbonated soda, so not really my kind of thing. I should have gotten something else to drink. Would have been nice to have had at least a couple of other gluten-free options to choose from but the Nugget Salad was satisfying. No wifi unfortunately.

Both were absolutely delicious and ingenious combinations of fake cheese, bbq sauce, and other flavors you might not think worked together, but did. We also ordered Belgian fries and vegan nuggets, the fries were better than the nuggets in our opinion. Atmosphere*** Nothing too fancy but definitely higher class than what you might think of for fast food. We liked that food was all prepped by the cooks in the front and looked fresh. There are magazines there to sit and read and a book shelf with some books to relax with as well. Service **** Menus in English and German and helpful staff. Price $

A juice of orange and turmeric rounded out the meal. You can eat in or take out. Prices aren't cheap like a McDonalds fast food meal but everything tastes so much better here. However, when we got there they said their kitchen was backed up and that we'd have to wait at least 30 minutes. Instead, we looked online, crossed the road, and found this place within a block. This is a no-frills Chinese eatery. They have 3 - 4 tables along each wall as you enter. There is a central aisle that takes you up to the counter for to-go orders. The staff is all Chinese. They provided a menu that had a mix of Chinese, German, and English. We were thus able to find a few dishes to share. Three of us split some noodles, fried dumplings, and one or 2 other dishes. We were hungry enough to finish everything. It was quality food. Prices seemed fair. They seemed to do a steady stream of take out as well as what appeared to be locals just stopping in briefly for a bowl of noodles or the like. If you like Chinese food and are just looking for something simple and quick, this is a good choice.

Found this cozy spot a few blocks off the Stadtpark and figured I'd give it a shot. So glad I did. it was pretty packed when we got ther, we were able to get a high top table after just a few minutes wait. Ordered the beef tartare and schnitzel. Be forewarned, they don't skimp on the portions here. The tartare was delicious and came with a salad and about a half of stick of butter, which was interesting. Schnitzel was big enough to feed at least two people and left me feeling like I had finally experienced a real local meal. Caprese salad was tasty. In conclusion, if you are passing by and hungry, feel free to stop by. If you are looking for a memorable lunch/dinner experience, plan to visit a different establishment.
