Can't say enough good things about Justin. He came out to our new home and we walked through the rooms where we wanted tv's installed/mounted. Then, about six weeks later, when we were ready he came out and installed everything as promised. Unfortunately our contractors had neglected to pull the cable wire through the wall when they did some construction so Justin had to come back to finish the job. What I really liked is that Justin didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff that I didn't want or need. I am late in this review. Sorry, Justin. I called Wright AV based on the reviews here. I was called back within 24 hours. Justin and I texted and set up a day and time. We had some renovations happening. I had contractors in the house. They offered to mount the two televisions. I cancelled with Justin. He was super nice about it but warned that he had in the past, repaired contractor work. I thought about it and followed my gut. I sheepishly contacted Justin and he kept our original date and time. He and Jake (not from State Farm and who is probably tired of the lame joke) showed up on time. They even helped the cable guy who was behind on the wireless setup. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Wright AV. Justin and John came out to our home and were courteous, professional, skilled, and prompt. I had previously needed to reschedule the install appointment multiple times due to conflicting schedule stuff that kept popping up on my end and Justin was always kind and accommodating. Justin is a wizard. He made our dream projector setup become reality. He did everything that we wanted: - Setup a projector screen for us. - Mounted the screen. - Installed 5 speaker surround sound into our ceiling (which is no easy task as it is the middle level out of 3 floors). - Ran all the speaker and project cables into the ceiling. - Mounted and aligned the projector. - Setup our receiver for all the changes. We had an issue with our receiver where HDMI audio was not supported, so Justin got a replacement for us BELOW AMAZON PRICES. He also came back and setup the new reciever and helped us a with a few projector issues that were our fault. He has made customer for life.
