I ALMOST got burned by a different printer who would NOT meet me face to face (I needed help designing a card). "Ever since COVID I work at home." EVERYTHING was to be done online... after he dissed me and then wanted to charge me for "his time" on designing (NEVER got one!) I prayed I could find someone else. Enter GC printing (formerly Ink Well)! I called Dave (after he got back from a 1 week "closed for vacation") He told me to come in and he'd gladly go over my ideas, and offer some of his own. My 2-sided business card with a photo was nothing short of a challenge! Dave sent me a mock-up via Email, I accepted and within a week they were DONE! The price he quoted me (including the assist with design) was 1/4 of what the other guy was going to charge! When I asked him how much I owed him for the design work he said, "You don't owe me anything for that. It's part of the deal!" I've DEFINITELY found the printer I'm sticking with! I started out with 250 cards but will soon be ordering 500 or even 1000 more!

Prices are almost always half or at least lower than big chains like Staples etc. They never charge you to do a "test print" before running your order. Quick turn-around on jobs, and hardly ever any wait if you have to run in for something last minute. They also do custom paper cuts for free (or very cheap if its a large order). Another really great thing is that they actually have (and know how to use) design software, they have Illustrator and Photoshop. So you don't have to convert files to PDF/JPG/etc. For special jobs they do outsource things like biz cards, booklets, and signs, but the quality is just as good. They are my go-to place now!

My home is a 4 bedroom house with a basement but not everything needed to be moved out. It took them way longer than expected to complete the move (12 hours one day and had to come back the next day to finish for 8 hours or so!). The total bill charged ended up being way more (obviously) than I anticipated.... Way too expensive than the competitors. To make matters worse, during our move (8/11/2019), the movers scratched my hardwood floor but were prompt in recognizing the issue and submitting it right away to their "Claims" department (I doubt there is such a department as I have yet to receive a call from them or anyone from this company in the matter). I have been calling them constantly to follow up on the claim as I am in the process of finalizing a sale on my house and have still not gotten a resolution. I keep getting the run arounds every time I call them and never get any followup call backs as they always promise. It's 8/30/19 today and still no resolution and I am closing on my house in less than a week. My latest call conversation was on Wednesday, 8/28/19 and the representative promised he would give me a status update on the same day and still nothing 2 days later. Mind you, when they were partially down with the work on the first day, they requested payment to be made right before they could leave my house but it's taking them weeks to even attempt to process my claim. SO FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!! NEVER USING THEM, EVER AGAIN!!!

Our rate was $160/hour all inclusive, no minimum # of hours required. We had about 25 items moved, all big stuff like mattresses, washer, dryer, couch, dressers... it took them 3 hours, including 25 minute travel time. All payment can be made online via PayPal. Tommy, Mark and Matt, our movers, were phenomenal. They offered to move any item we wanted & were great conversationalist. While they deserved several breaks, they didn't stop until they were done. The service, friendliness and communication from booking the appointment to the last item moved exceeded my expectations. In general, hiring movers is worth every penny. I can not recommend Local Anything enough! The only complaint I had was they arrived an hour and a half later than the 2 hour buffer/service time. Though they quickly made up for that small annoyance.
