I was referred Wright Group for our wedding in September at the Cliff House Lodge in Morrison, CO. The space is unique and they had done a previous wedding there before. We had a two day, oitdoor wedding. We had 125 guests. We used them for our chairs, tables, linens and dance floor for both days. I interacted directly with Nadia. She was very and easy to talk to. I had to change my order several times leading up to the event and we never had any issues. The gentleman that set up our dance floor were quick, efficient and polite. We were able to have the materials dropped off the morning of the first event. They picked up the materials the following Sunday or Monday, allowing us some time to tear everything down and get ready for pick up. This company rents everything for events. There is even a little red race car... Anyway, we rented everything from them for our wedding. Plates, linens, light, audio. We also had them set it all up which they do. We were working with Britanny and she was great, very nice and helpful, she did most of the set up. They have a lot of choices and i felt like they took care of me, even if it looks like they can also do huge events. read more

We got married in August and picked up and delivered everything ourselves. yes it is cheap but its is not worth the hassle and mess! as we tried to pick up rented chairs and linens....their "warehouse" is a rat trap!! there is stuff EVERYWHERE!! they have to organization or order to which they know what goes in and out. We could barely get out truck and trailer into their docks, as the back of their building looks like a junk yard and impossible to get in and out of. The product was dirty....dusty, and not in good shape. When the wedding came...we found out that we were 2 chairs short because they wouldnt open! not only that but the linens were labeled wrong, so instead of getting round table cloths we got rectangular ones. Thank Goodness for my coordinator that had to go back to them and ask for the correct stuff!! Then we go back the day after the wedding to return the stuff and there was no one that made us sign anything saying we brought the chairs and linens back! They simple told us to just put the chairs and linens "there" . They are a mess and have no way of tracking anything. Now come 5 months later....we get a bill for $400 saying that stuff was not brought back???!! We are now in the process of hiring a lawyer. They are a horrible company to do business with. I rented tables, linens, chairs, and wine glasses for an anniversary party we were doing in our backyard. Worked with Joe who was exceedingly accommodating and polite. He was patient with me while I changed our order multiple times, and even gave us a discount.I appreciated his attention to detail. Only frustration was that if I called the office and he was not in, no one else could/would help me with my order. We opted to have all the supplies delivered to our house (WAY WORTH IT) and they showed up in appropriate time window. Only complaint is that the drivers drove into our alley and completely missed seeing the lights strung up high across the alley for the party--- they drove their large truck right into them almost shattering all the lightbulbs. One of the delivery men offered to climb on top of the truck to help guide around the lights while the other slowly backed out, so fortunately no harm done. I would rent from them again, great prices and decent equipment and linens. read more

My brother contracted The Wright Group to provide tents, tables , linens & dinnerware for his wedding reception. The day before the event the company arrived to erect the tents and deliver the items. The setup was supposed to accommodate 33 guests for a sit down meal. They delivered three 8 foot tables and 31 chairs. (2 chairs short) More importantly we realized only 24 chairs would fit around the tables. The invoice said 8' table (seats 10 people). However, even if an 8' table could seat 10 people, there would still only be enough room for 30 people. We immediately called our sales rep, but no answer and no return call, so we called Tom. He offered to bring another tent & 2 more tables, for an additional charge and if his schedule allowed. We explained that our original sales rep "John" met with us, we told him we had 33 guests for a sit down meal and this is what he sold us. Tom's response was, "Well John was fired because he couldn't get to work on time. These are the mathematics we always use, 10 people to every 8' table," At that time my cousin who is a wedding planner arrived. She explained to Tom: 8' table = 8 people, 10' table = 10 people,etc... we were able to figure out a way to make it work by creating a separate kids table and a T shaped head table, without having to erect another tent. We asked Tom to send over 2 more tables when he brought the missing chairs, which he said he would do the next day (day of event), but with every contact all he wanted to talk about was "picking up a check for the balance." As we started to unpack the glassware, place settings, silverware and linens we were so disappointed and frustrated to find that ALL of the items were wrong &/or dirty! We called Tom back and told him, we chose stemless wine glasses and we received mismatched stemmed glasses, mismatched silverware and plates. The plates, hi-ball glasses & silverware were dirty and delivered in dirty buckets, so they had to be run through the dishwasher. The napkins were 3 different colors of blue and different textures. Then we started going through the chairs and found that 5 of them were broken and not usable. The others were dusty and looked as though they had been sitting outside in a rainstorm. We had to dry dust them and then use Murphy's Oil Soap on them to clean them. The tables were delivered with dried food on them. As this point, my family was so frustrated & disappointed. My cousin called Tom directly & gave him a list of things that were wrong and she expected him to correct all of these issues by 10:30 AM the day of the event. She asked him to quality control the items before they left the warehouse. He agreed, but again, wanted to advise us that he would be expecting a check for the balance. The delivery drivers arrived around 11 AM the next morning, but when we unwrapped the chairs 3 of the 5 were broken, more mismatched silverware, the linens were the wrong color and round (we had rectangle tables) and the stemless glasses they sent in cardboard boxes were dirty and had dried lipstick and red wine in them. As you can understand, another call was made to Tom. He acted as if this was such a surprise to him, as "he personally inspected everything before it was delivered". He offered the excuse that many people called out sick that day. Yet again, we sent back the items and called Tom! Third times a charm right? NO!!! With the event approaching quickly (5:30), at 3:30, Jason the delivery manager shows up with the replacements for the broken chairs, linens and silverware. The chairs were correct, the silverware..."well it would have to do!" (we washed it too!), but the linens, yet again were round!!! Oh and this time we had a nice selection of royal and navy blue and satin finish and polyester. With no time to spare we did the best with what we had. When we discovered they brought the wrong linens again, Jason told us, "Well you gotta learn to roll with the punches when things like this happen and not let it bother you. You can't be so particular about these things." Totally unprofessional!!! Save yourself the nightmare that we went through with this company!!! We put a deposit down on furniture and after dealing with horrible customer service and a shotty delivery we still paid the full balance. Later after the event their accounting accused us of not paying the initial deposit which we assured them we did and showed proof of which. Over a year later we received a threatening letter from a third party collections which we again are emailing them all of the deposited checks corresponding to their invoices. read more

Colorado was being hit with a "winter" storm on May 17th/May 18th and we were in desperate need of patio heaters for our event. The event was being held indoors in a barn. I called Wright Group a little over 24 hours before our event and they came through. It was right in the middle of graduation season and they had 8 patio heater available!!! I was so thankful for Mamie's help in working out the details before the event. Gary's team delivering the heaters were kind and highly competent, checking each heater to make sure it worked before they left. My now wife went into wright group and rented some supplies from them. Drapes and a stand for the background to our head table for our wedding. Also a round table for our unity candle. The place was kind of dirty and old looking but we liked the price. We were promised it will be delivered and set up the morning of the wedding date. Just a little under $200 was a pretty good price we thought. The date of the wedding the supplies were dropped off on time but everything was wrong. The color of the drapes were wrong and instead of a round table, we got a square. We had no time so we just decided to use them. Nothing was setup either, just dropped off. We had to get the event coordinator and our groomsmen waste a hour and a half trying to figure out how things go up. The venue had plenty of square tables so we ended up not even using their table. Right after the wedding, we started calling wright group to see how they messed everything up. The sales person admitted they put in the order wrong and we were told management would be notified. Week goes by, no call. We call back, leave a message, but still no call back. We called back 5 more times and we would get excuses like they're busy, they don't have the proper paper work in front of them, or the owners not in. The last time we called, we did end up speaking to Tom, the owner. The rudest, inconsiderate person we ever met. He said we should be happy because we got a good deal in the first place and offered us a $20 refund. He would call my wife by the wrong name when he was on the phone with her like he was just mocking her. It wasn't even about the money anymore. We just wanted him to admit he was wrong and offer us a apology but nothing. He told us he was going to look over our file one last time and call us back but of course 3 weeks later, co call. Not only did they ruin our wedding pictures with wrong color drapes that didn't match our wedding, tom the owner just didn't care about my wife's special day or her feeling. We contracted with the Wright Group for my father's 75th birthday. In the past I had used another company so I had some idea of what good service was in this industry. we contracted to have a large frame tent, five roundtables , 40 chairs and the appropriate linens delivered to our by 10 AM that morning.Two hours after the arrival deadline the equipment and the tent had still not arrived despite calls to the manager on duty for the day. I called, once again, and spoke to the coordinator who promised that I would receive a phone call back within 20 minutes. I never received a call back. When they finally arrived (four hours late) I learned that the crew was sent to the other side of town as they had been given the wrong address. The crew was apologetic but only set up the tent. The tables were left laying on the ground as well as the chairs. My family and I did the rest of the set up. The guests began to arrive as we were just finishing the set up. The company did manage to pick up the equipment on time and bill the full amount with no discount for the late arrival or the lack of professionalism in both the follow up and set up. It is my strongest recommendation that you look elsewhere for the your events company. I would not recommend nor use this company again for any event. read more

I had no idea large scale sound companies could be so terrible. They did the Denver Zombie Crawl today, and they had no clue as to what they were doing: the sound kept going out every minute, and when there was sound it was mainly feedback. Even audience members were trying to help the sound-guy figure out what he was doing. In the end, there was no sound for the event. If you ever are even considering hiring this group, imagine the visual of hundreds of your audience members literally giving the sound-booth the finger, and how you really don't want that for your event. read more
