I called immediately to report what had happen while on the phone with the bank she clearly stated she was giving me a provisional credit. Let the truth be told my money your malfunctioning ATM your not giving me nothing with all do respect your fixing your mistake. I was there on buisiness to retrieve what I work my job to pay my bills while on the phone with the lady reporting what had happen made it clear that I was making another transaction to retrieve the money I came to get to pay a bill in the first place entitled to worked for it. She agreed I proceeded let her know that transaction went well. I received a letter saying they want me to pay them back $ 250. You have a camera right there you know how much money you feel the ATM with correct ,follow me now called my branch spoke with a teller by the name of Sheryl very nasty diposition from a customer point of view. She tried to tell me I had no money in my account which check was freshly deposited got proof would not let me speak with some one with the power to get to fix there mistake. Which her boss is Luigi he supposedly was not there. I am notifying the attorney general channel 7 news and will move to legal litigation. Why would I owe you and the bank never gave me my money. I have been a member for about 20 years. I had been generally satisfied with the service. So, I…read moreapplied for a 39K rental property mortgage through WPCU expecting that I would receive the same level of service. Tim Carpenter was my Mortgage Loan Originator at Wright-Patt Credit Union e. The initial contact was amenable. He told me what I would need, and I provide the information on the same day. After that things went downhill. He was very slow to respond. When he replied he did not answer the question I asked him. He did not call the listing agent or the buyers agent in a timely way. He asked me to provide him the same document repeatedly. He made mistakes in the closing documents because he did not read his emails thoroughly, so he did not have current information. An easy straight forward mortgage took three months to complete. I called and left messages, he did not respond for many days. When I was finally fed up with his service, I called and emailed his supervisor Bill Brogan, Loan Account Executive @ Union Savings Bank President, he never called me back. I did get a mortgage but the experience was so stressful that I will never use them again.

Sometimes, the wait inside is long. That can be irritating but I just try not to go inside when I'm in a hurry. They're busy because they're a great bank! I've always been waited on by friendly tellers....never had a single bad encounter with a staff member. I've visited a few other locations, and even though I live closer to the one on Xenia Ave, I prefer to go a little further to go to this one. I will never switch banks as long as they remain the way they are now...just perfect.

These people really care…read more As I was exiting Florida, I opened an account with this bank since they had local branches and I was planning to live in the Eaton area. Unfortunately, I was not able to find a suitable house, and I moved to Richmond instead. This was fortunate for my parents who needed more help than we could have imagined. In any case, the people at the Eaton branch were always concerned with getting things right and were incredibly friendly and thoughtful at each visit. Even though I ended up closing the account since they had no Richmond branch, they stayed in contact as there were dividends accrued that had not been paid. Rather than keep the excess from the account, they wrote a check and sent it to my then current location. Can you ask for better than that?
