Tim Carpenter was my Mortgage Loan Originator at Wright-Patt Credit Union e. The initial contact was amenable. He told me what I would need, and I provide the information on the same day. After that things went downhill. He was very slow to respond. When he replied he did not answer the question I asked him. He did not call the listing agent or the buyers agent in a timely way. He asked me to provide him the same document repeatedly. He made mistakes in the closing documents because he did not read his emails thoroughly, so he did not have current information. An easy straight forward mortgage took three months to complete. I called and left messages, he did not respond for many days. When I was finally fed up with his service, I called and emailed his supervisor Bill Brogan, Loan Account Executive @ Union Savings Bank President, he never called me back. I did get a mortgage but the experience was so stressful that I will never use them again.

I used Key and Chase before this and they were super scandalous…read more I've never had an issue with WPCU, and I feel like they're there to help me, not rip me off like other banks. Sometimes, the wait inside is long. That can be irritating but I just try not to go inside when I'm in a hurry. They're busy because they're a great bank! I've always been waited on by friendly tellers....never had a single bad encounter with a staff member. I've visited a few other locations, and even though I live closer to the one on Xenia Ave, I prefer to go a little further to go to this one. I will never switch banks as long as they remain the way they are now...just perfect.

It rolled over at 0.5% interest and we would have gotten 5% interest in-the savings. I fought them for one year even filing with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Before I switched to a different bank entirely I went to give this branch a shot and I love it. They are on point and very consistent and go the extra mile every time. The manager here is awesome and I feel like the staff here cares. TJ gave me recommendations of stuff to do on vacation and is always super nice. I even set up my business account here. I can't say enough great things about this branch. Top notch and consistent.
