We were with this office for 17 years. Two years ago when we had some roof damage was the first time we ever filed an insurance claim, EVER. They did absolutely NOTHING to help us! We had to do every bit of the work ourselves. They would not even call the adjuster. They gave us the number for his office and said it was not there responsibility. This office is the total opposite of what they portray there company to be in the TV commercials and the rates are way higher than most. This is only one of a half dozen ridiculous issues we have encountered with this office. If you are a new customer and need something done, TEST WHAT I AM TELLING YOU.
