I also like that they had surveillance up on the outside areas of the whole property but also inside the units. Air conditioned coverage for most units on the property and they also have units for vehicles or just if you need a bigger unit which are all located on the outside. The only suggestion I'd make is to install the mirrors to be able to see traffic approaching when you are circling through the parking lot areas whether you are entering or leaving. They have signs up for this though. Also you have to be mindful when entering/existing as it's one way in and one way out.

Most importantly this is WAY too expensive, and they mislead with introductory pricing, followed by…read morerates that increase greatly every 6 months! It would be different if the place was well managed and well kept, but it is not. FACILITY: The place is dirty, smells terrible, and not swept up, often deserted (making it feel unsafe), and there is no one onsite to assist. It's all call in service, and sometimes when you call, they don't answer. The smell I understand is the pest control, but there is no way to store anything that is fabric or porous, as it picks up this terrible, overpowering odor!!! RATES: Started with a 3 month introductory price, which was great, but then that is a standard with new storage at any facility. Then for a 20x20 the rate went up to $138/month. After 6 months, they increased to what will be nearly $200! I was okay with the poorly managed and kept facility, as I thought: "well, it's a budget friendly storage option." When I found it is NOT budget friendly, then it is ridiculously overpriced. It is most enraging that they do this, knowing it is so much effort to move all the items out and into new storage!
