The manufacture said it was not installed properly. After a year of back and forth with Carpet city and the manufacture, my new hardwood floors still have not been repaired and I have not received my money back. Our experience started with Joe's great communication skills and progressed through a job I was easily able to manage remotely (we live in Raleigh). He provided pictures and advise along the way and timed the project out to accommodate us between renters. We paid a bit more for him to travel, but it was worth it!
