We were greeted friendly and told the lady at the front desk what we were looking for so she checked prices and availability for us. The lady was only able to give us a retail price and recommended to have our builder call and get a wholesale quote. The other lady at the front noticed what we were looking for a d helped looking up if our builder has an account with them and when they found out that he did made sure that we take a sample tile to be able to show him. Viktor sent out a service person to seal the counter, but stains appeared immediately upon use despite following the customer care as outlined in agreement. After several months, phone calls, and visits to the office, they came and stained the counter a darker shade and put the proper finish on it. We still notice its past history of stains, but it is an improvement. This company's lack of customer courtesy is beyond awful.
