I highly recommend this store for your flooring projects. They were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. We had about 1000sq foot installed and the carpet on our stairs replaced. The customer service was great and the installers were prompt and really efficient. We were able to get matching stair treads for our floors which was not an option at other places we considered. read more

Unlike most people, I don't love the sameness of most floors. Therefore, we chose the prefinished full-thickness Brazilian pecan hardwood floors from LL Flooring. Mike & the store team at the Arden location were thorough, gave options, helped us cut costs and were exceptional communicators. Lorenzo & team were fantastic installers (note the flush transitions in the pix). We love the color variation; its nowhere near the yellow from the online pix and its more of a matte finish. read more

Bought and installed a Bellawood Acacia engineered floor for our home remodel. The product was excellent and the finished floor looks tremendous. Paul worked with us to help us choose the right product. No pressure and very knowledgeable. Upon completion I had some product left over. I was dreading the return, even though they told me that they would accept any products back that were unopened. The return was easier than the purchase. We purchased flooring and underlayment for our walkout basement. With the help of UTube, we were able to lay 800 square feet of vinyl floating floor. It is a wonderful product, highly resistant to scratches and spills. (In fact we spilled stain on it and later we spills some paint thinner. Cleaned up with no damage!) The folks in the store were very knowledgeable and super helpful when recommending products and working up a quote for us. The installation team was mostly good. The individual who called to confirm the appointment said they would probably knock it out in 1 day, the team actually installing said that was impossible, luckily we had the time off to have someone available for 2 days. Also, the day after installation we went to turn on the ceiling fan light in the room where the installation occurred, and we had had a chunk missing from the glass dome on our ceiling fan. The installation team had not made us aware that they had damaged the light fixture (it was not damaged prior to installation). So LL themselves gets an A+, the company contracted to do the installation gets a C on communication, but did very good work. read more

First my floor bowed up and looked like a roller coaster- we called and they came back in to fix it. Now my floor has gaps in it and the trim pieces have dried glue showing that oozed out from underneath. read more

His crew installed over 620 SF of Virginia Millwork engineered Hickory-plank flooring in our home this past Friday. The 3-man crew was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable about the proper installation of the flooring, such that we are extremely pleased with the result. They were very careful in handling our furniture paid extra attention to not bumping any walls or existing trim work. They did a great cleanup job once the install was completed. Although the price ran a bit higher than our attempts to get competitive bids, the product quality, installation and sales experience have convinced us that we made the correct decision to go with this specific Lumber Liquidators crew.
