When I went back to get the box to make my purchase, the shoes I walked in with were sitting there, but the box for the new pair was gone. As I looked for the box, an employee confronted me with the box in her hand. I was like "oh, there's the box, thanks!" But then she demanded I take "her" shoes off. She essentially said I was clearly stealing because I left the box there. Umm, what? Why would I carry the box around with me? I've never done anything differently when buying shoes. Is that so unorthodox? I also had a hat in my hand that I had intended to buy, which was practically ripped from my hands, but I was in so much shock from the whole deal, I just dropped it. So bizarre. We had come to get a bunch of stuff with our Christmas money. Train your employees to better handle this situation. I realize loss prevention is a big deal, but you have lost a long time customer forever. I should mention, I found the exact same pair on the Keen website for 10 dollars less than the price at this store. Another pair I was considering was 20$ less online as well. Definitely do your research online before wasting your money at this store.

He stated the glass for the doors were included as long as we wanted flat glass, Cabinets arrived with no glass at all. Cost me five hudred to buy additional glass. The cabinet arrived with doors which the raised panles wobble and shake when you open and close the doors. Addiotionally cabinet doors worped due to improper fitement of the raised panel and frame. They offered to rework the doors but not remake them to correct dimensions. What a joke. The microwave drawer cabinet is an inch and a half too narrow. Nobody makes a microwave to fit the under sized cabinet and the counter tops are already insalled. OMG what a nightmare. Pending lawyers, Beware if you decide to buy cabinets from them. You will be on your own dime when things go wrong.

I've been there before to get extra security keys made. They were very accommodating. I certainly will be shopping there in the future because they are only 10 minutes from home which will save me time and money.

Lately as Gov Mills has mandated the covid policy they are not regulating the employees mandating wearing mask and making the customers to have masks on at the door. I said something why this was happening . It quickly escalated and I was ask to leave and they were calling the police. I said please do and waited 10 minutes outside for the police officer. I told them I wanted to speak with Randy the owner and the manager said she would not take my number . Very poor customer service and very rude of why they would not mandate the mask policy' This will be my last time going here as I can drive the 6 miles north and enjoy my shopping without being worried about my personal health.
