Let me echo what some of the other reviewers have previously stated: Jonathon is a true professional who has vast experience and knowledge of his trade. He was extremely easy to work with. He's very responsive which was a real surprise to me. Most businesses give you the run around and say they'll work you into a schedule that always seems to be busting at the seams. He made me feel like my needs were a priority and that no job was too big or too small. If I needed him, he was gonna be there. I am very appreciative of the level of customer service I received from Jonathon. Day 1. we discussed my needs - I had a toilet that had a slow leak and needed to be repaired. Day 2. Jonathon was at my house ready to tackle the job. He analyzed the issue, gave me an initial assessment of the situation and then provided me a solution and a price. All of which was reasonable. We agreed to the work that needed to be done and to what he would charge me and off he went. He was very thorough in his explanation of what the issue was, the process by which to fix it, and what my options were. He was extremely patient and didn't seem to be rushed. Experiences in the past have taught me that time is of the essence. Although I know there's other work to be done, he never came across as someone who wanted to be in and out and onto the next job. He proceeded to fix my toilet and before I knew it, he was done. He was fast and efficient all of which I can appreciate. There was a time when business was done with a simple handshake. Your word was your bond and also your reputation. You trusted the people you did business with to look out for your best interest and not try to get over on you. Unfortunately those days are long gone. I'm happy to say that Jonathon is a throwback to those days. He works hard and it's easy to see that he takes great pride in his work and in the level of customer service he provides to his clients. I'm sold on this guy and on his business. He's my guy for any and all work I may ever need going forward. I would recommend him without hesitation for your plumbing services and repairs. He will go above and beyond for you just as he did for me. It's evident that every customer is important to him. You can see it in the attention he gives you and you can see it in the way he explains the problems and the solutions. He's a real diamond in the rough!! He was repairing a slab leak and I cannot believe there are licensed. He mounted the pipe to the cabinets that were being removed, and he knew this. He also left the pipe exposed and didn't even concrete anything properly. The work that was done is completely trash and they did not deserve to be paid. They took advantage of the homeowner who didn't know any better. The homeowner is going to pursue his money back and put in a complaint in regards to the work Johnathan provided. We confronted the owner Johnathan about his terrible work and he refused to take responsibility for his huge costly mistakes. CSLB will be hearing about him.

He had me up and running with hot water. within a few hours. They installed my old water heater back in 2011 a Bradford white and every year I would flush it out and it lasted me 15 years for my family of 4 now all adults.
