I wanted to replace a 31 year old water heater before it died on me. James came out, provided a reasonable quote and went on his way. My outside waterline broke late last night so I had to shut off the water to the house altogether. I called Cooper at around 7pm and set an appointment for 10 am the next day. Cooper arrived 15 minutes early and quickly analyzed the problem. He left for the store to get appropriate replacement parts and returned about 20 minutes later. Within 10 minutes he had replaced the pipes and even back-filled the hole which he didnt need to do.
