He was only on the roof a short time and said a hose in the swamp cooler was crimped a bit so was taking time to drain, but that it would finish on its own, and he left. When it came time to start it up again for this season, it turned out he had broken and damaged things inside the swamp cooler that had to be replaced and repaired just to get it operational, but now it leaks onto my roof. It's going to be a big expense to get it thoroughly repaired.
