They came to our home and review the pitched roof which connected with a sloping roof line where we needed a special, custom made gutter and down spout. The rain was pouring off this roof and corner and causing a mess on our astro-turf patio. The rain was also splashing into and through our sliding patio doors. The young men inspected the roof and confirmed that our gutter specifications agreed with their assessment, We scheduled a day and time with them, they showed up on time and finished the work in a couple hours.
