The only reason for 4 stars is that they came with a truck that didn't have a liftgate while I communicated in advanced that an upright piano would need to be moved. It's not safe to move a piano by hand and roll it into the truck (for movers and the piano), so I'd have preferred if they used a liftgate instead.

They handled everything, including a lot of outdoor furniture, with care and efficiency. They paid close attention to protecting our large, unboxed furniture, TVs, and mirrors, wrapping everything thoroughly and properly. The crew was professional, polite, and genuinely considerate throughout the entire move. They took great care of our belongings and of us. Took advantage of my son and charged him over $1700 just to move to one city to another. What's sad is, he never told us he's charging per guy per hour. He told me it's minimum of $350 for 2 hours and $90 every half hour. Basically charged us a total of $4500 and said he gave us a discount which brought it down to $1700. I almost fell off the chair laughing so hard. Jason did a bait and switch and said he meant per man per hour at $190 for 5 guys....he charges more than any other movers I know. I have her voicemail and would attach it here if reviews permitted that. I was told that I would receive a phone call prior to the movers arriving. I waited this morning and didn't receive one. Then I called was informed that the movers were there waiting for 45 minutes and that I was responsible for paying for that time they waited because someone wrote my phone number incorrectly. When I called, Ann said "normal people" would be where they are supposed to be. They decided to have three movers and NEVER informed me. They moved the same stuff from my old house to the storage with 2 movers. Costing me $77 more per hour more than anticipated. I didn't authorize an additional mover. The owner came to my house last time to give me a quote and left his business card. I have misplaced it (while moving) and Ann refuses to give me his contact info.

Later they sent bill of 1300. After that trying everything and showing them the emails etc. didn't work and basically your items are hostage. We ended up paying to free our stuff. There are other movers but none that are that expensive. If you are doing standard items then you can judge the price, but something that doesn't fit in the normal description will be marked up by a lot and they won't tell you when they pack it. Only later when they have it stored they will tell you.

Created a misery situation for the movers so we'd tip them big na demanded a 5 star review for tips on Google. So their Google reviews look far better than they are. Didn't really finish the job and broke a number of furniture. We had to file a police report as our 2 big screen TV's didn't make it to our house. That following Monday someone else brought us our TV's that strangely didn't make the truck or stay in our other house. Avoid like the plague. 5 star review tipping is a scam.
