Within minutes of sitting down, our waitress spilled our coffee's and dropped the creamer. Ok, that's fine, things happen, I get it, no big deal. But then as we ordered and waited, we realized how horrible this place is. The bathrooms are horribly kept, the coffee isn't even warm, and the cooks and servers are inattentive and dysfunctional. Then, after waiting for 45-50 minutes after we ordered our food, we finally got our food that had undercooked and doughy French toast, and a cold and undercooked skillet. The only thing she said was "Oh sorry to hear that" and walked away. No manager came to see if they could rectify my situation. I ate a few bites of my meal. When the server came back to get our plates, I asked not to be charged my meal as I only ate a few bites of it (I should have taken a picture of that). All she did was take our dirty dishes away. I asked to see the manager and no one came by. They did charge us for the meal. Speaking to the lady that took our money, we told her our situation and all she said was "Did you eat it?". I replied "A few bites" and her retort was "Since I wasn't your server, I can't help you!". For businesses suffering through this Pandemic you would think they would make sure you're a happy customer. One positive is that my bottled drink was cold! I'm still hungry!
