DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. We had a salesman knock on our door letting us know they were doing free water samples and it came with a $50 gift card. No obligation to buying their product. We bit. After the salesman first told us he was giving us a good discount because we were a military family, we decided to buy the entire house filter. The next morning we immediately had buyers remorse and called to cancel. They then told us they would drop $4000 off the price we just couldn't tell neighbors or reviews about the amazing discount because once again... "you're military, it's only for you". Please don't be fooled with this company, They hook you in with free offers of water testing and put the pressure to make a decision that same day on their system. Extremely rude, and demeaning to me during their sales pitch. They basically just wanted to pressure and scare us into buy their 10k equipment. Against my better judgement we signed up with them and as soon as I did more research, I tried to get out of it asap. They pulled out all of the stops to keep me in the process of buying their products. resulted in more rudeness, and manipulation. Based on customer service and general attitude from the men in the company I would never buy from them. They act more like a scam than a company. They don't have your best interests at heart, plus system is overpriced if you are in the market for a simple sample. . please stay away from this scam. You can get better better products with companies that treat you with respect. The company needs to read the book "How to Win Friends and Influence people". read more

Where do I EVEN begin. Let me start off by saying I have EVERYTHING on video so my story here is 100% verifiable. I had a sales guy at my house, I have a sign posted on my door to NOT KNOCK ON MY DOOR...did that stop him no, he actually acknowledged what it said verbally and out loud. While he went to go knock on my door he mumbled under his breath something along the lines "I'll f'in knock anyways" along with another phrase I can't make out and proceeded to aggressively knock on my door. When no one answered he then called us f'n a-holes. The whole time mumbling and saying obscene language. THEN takes a picture of my house...a completely terrifying thing to have a strange take a picture of your house. After that he then proceeds to aggressively case my house and walks towards the other side. After, he sits in front of my house for 30 minutes before finally leaving. The extreme aggression and profane behavior over a "Do not knock" sign is extremely concerning and disturbing. I will be contacting the office tomorrow, and I have already warned anyone and everyone about this incident and to stay AWAY from this company until this employee is FIRED for his actions. I did not request any service from those providers or any alike. This was a complete stranger trespassing on my property. PLEASE train your employees to 1: Respect people's rights and privacy and 2: to have some decorum if they are going door to door. read more

It started off with a water sample test kit/survey we received in the mail. I did the test and filled out the survey and mailed it back thinking this was from the city (my mistake). About a week later I get a phone call, saying they will send a person to do an in home sample to make sure they have the most accurate results for our water. We are new to the area so I'm still thinking this is for the city. The next day, Justin Harris, comes to our home to conduct the water test. He claims he is with a NON PROFIT organization. He claims he is UNBIASED. He claims they are just trying to EDUCATE PEOPLE. He claims he is just giving people the FACTS and NOT SELLING OR AFFILIATED WITH ANY COMPANY. Long story short, he tells us our water is horrible. He claims there is a grant/program to help people afford good quality water. He claims Maytag has this proprietary filtration system that sells for 14k. If we agree to sign today, this program will get us the system for 8k. We qualify for this program because our water is so bad, and again, according to him, its a non profit program that is trying to help people afford good quality water. I was so close to signing on until I saw the name WTS America on the paperwork and googled that quickly. He claimed they are just the company that installs it and they install all the water systems. Last minute I backed out. Not even five minutes after he left, the owner of the company, Scott, calls me and asks why we didn't buy and what he could do to get us there. Since we are buying cash and not financing he would give it to us for an even better rate as long as I don't tell anyone else or post online. At this point, all the red flags are going off. I told him, I would call him back. After doing research, I realized the whole sales pitch is a scam. I called Scott and asked him why his technician Justin claimed he worked for a non profit and why he lied to us through his whole sales pitch. Scott claimed its not a scam, they've been in business for 17 years, which may be true but we were 100% deceived and they use fear mongering to make sales. It seems they target new home buyers from other reviews. On the Maytag website, it states the water system is licensed out. Upon further investigation, many other companies do the same thing and make the same exact pitch that we were given... TBH I'm not even sure if the water tests were accurate or all a facade as well. When we bought our house 4 years ago my Husband was on a buying high. We purchased a water purification system through WTS thinking this is the BEST. We had a warranty and were told it could be moved with us for free if/when we bought another house.. well we're moving I called and spoke with Rob and he informed me it would be $250 to box up the system and then wherever we go another $199 to hook up. Uhhhh what?! This should all be covered under the warranty! Changing filters should be under warranty not $199 each time they were replaced. I didn't spend $10k on the system to them spend extra when filters need to be switched out. Rob (service manager) on 2 occasions was extremely rude to me on the phone. I made sure to be extra nice on my end but he made it sound like I was such an inconvenience when I had questions. Rob the "Uggghh" when I asked anything. I had a death in the family and had to cancel my maintenance service. While the system itself of great if we could go back in time would NEVER purchase through WTS again. If your thinking about it DON'T! Make sure you go through a company that treats you right! read more
