They got it up and running quickly. Turns out there was corrosion built up. I also use them annually for my dryer vent clean out. They are a great team, always work clean and are very friendly and trustworthy. They are repair guys, not salespeople. They will work hard to fix the issue instead of trying to sell a replacement like other fireplace companies in the area do. Their pricing is reasonable. I will absolutely use them again for annual dryer clean outs and if there are any other issues with the fireplace. Chimney Checkers 757.689.3161 http://www.chimneycheckers.com

Last week we had our annual A/C inspection done --- the first one as the unit is new. William Bunch was the technician who arrived to do the inspection. The office had called to say he was on his way. William arrived about 15 minutes later. He did a great job. He checked everything out as it is a new system. He was most polite and patient --- willing to answer my questions. So, once again, our experience with Tommy Garner A/C and Heat is a 10 out of 10. Will Bunch , the tech, was excellent. We will request him again for future maintenance checks. Thanks !!!!

Three and half months later, July 20,2026, one tech came out and put the Chimney cap up in 5 minutes w/o letting us know he was even there. No damper at top or removal of old damper. Jonathan, the tech, told me to talk to Jacob. I talked to Jacob and he raised his voice talking about the new contract and then he hung up. All we got was an approximately $1,000 Chimney cap and wasted time. Communication was a huge problem. Not worth it. People need to do better and be more honest

We are beyond pleased with our new roof and the service that we received from Guardian Roofing…read moreService. Among the many companies that we called for an estimate, Chris Isaacson was the only person who actually got up on our roof to inspect damage. He was also able to do a repair on the spot, which was important because a big storm was forecasted. We chose to go with his company because his price was competitive and the details that he supplied in his estimate were comprehensive. He was very responsive in helping us pick out shingles, quickly providing addresses of actual roofs we could see. Work was completed in a day and cleanup was thorough. Most important, I have no doubt that should I have any problems with my roof in the future (and I doubt I will), I know that Chris will be responsive. I am confident that this company is built on excellence and integrity and would not hesitate to use them for any services in the future.
