I had to call them to see when they were coming since it was almost closing time. When I spoke to Jake, he said they would come out two days later and would be there first thing in the morning. They did not come here first thing. Instead, they tried delivering at 11:45 when we had just left for lunch. When I called back and asked if we could setup a specific time, I spoke to Ike, who told me they would not make any money from us for at least a few deliveries since we were not here for those two deliveries and to leave the empty bottles in the hallway for them to pick up. Now I've been trying to get the items I didn't ask for picked up and they either show up and don't pick things up or deliver more items. We are going on 3 times of this and I cannot get anyone to get this fixed. I cannot get in touch with a supervisor or anyone who provides any sort of actual service. I live in an apartment and I don't have room to store all these misdelivered items.
