The first two classes were cut short, so 1 1/2 hours of instruction instead of the 4 we paid for. There isn't enough room for all the students so you will be forced to take the class on Zoom which we know from the pandemic isn't an effective way to teach anything. When I complained and pointed out the 30 hour DOL requirement, they treated me like rudely and said they would send a refund instead of addressing the problem. This isn't just a bad driving school, it's the worst business I've ever dealt with on the harbor. I'm a busy person but I'm taking the time to file a complaint with the DOL because they were that bad.

I told you that I'm not able to pick everything up because I'm disabled and still live here. you could just go around things. He then stated in my daughter's room there were stains he would not be able to get out so he wasn't gonna do it at all. I expressed that I wasn't concerned about stains. I was concerned about dirt then when we moved to my room, he got upset that there was a small black bench in my room on the floor still, I told him that I figured we could just move it to the other side. Once one side was done. He then asked me to put it into the bathroom, which there is a bunch of stuff shoved in the bathroom, so to put it in there, I would have to lift it up and set it on top. This bench is about 20 pounds. I told him again "I am sorry I am not able to pick up stuff. I am disabled." because he obviously didn't hear me the first couple times. he then stated "stop using the disabled card" I told him the only reason I'm saying disabled is because you keep asking me to do things that I told you on the phone I would not be able to do. My caregiver is not here. The only thing I can do is move stuff to the side after he made the comment. I asked him to leave my home and choice words. I'm not really sure where this bad attitude of has came from considering that we spoke over the phone and had everything set out very clearly on the phone before the appointment. He obviously does not like what he's doing and if he's scared of some dirt on a carpet, then I guess he's in the wrong business. Don't send him to anyone elder or with disabilities even if he agrees it's ok.

PLUS, I ended up with a scalp infection bc they didn't use my brush/comb like they had agreed to. They used a random one that was pulled out of a drawer and scrubbed the one spot very hard before I could stop her and that's exactly where it became infected. AND they absolutely butchered my haircut... it took 2 years for it to grow back out to where it was supposed to be cut at (& that's WITHOUT any trims bc now I'm afraid to let anyone else touch it).

The owner guides you along through the project. Each of us encouraged to make the painting our own. It was here I discovered painting. Have since signed up for 2 more projects....can't wait. There are Crafty Kiddo's Art camps and project days. She always has something for kids to do outside the shop for free. The kids enjoy being allowed to draw on the sidewalk with chalk. As the Grandparent of a Special Needs child this place is exactly what my Grand child needed. Her project slots fill up fast. I am also going to sign up for a few private classes to learn more about painting. I am a photographer, but this allows me to explore a new media. I had lost most of my camera abilities after a series of mini strokes. I am so grateful for this shoppe and how it has allowed me to find my inner artist I didn't know was there....away from a camera.

A mixed review for me. Good: Everyone was nice…read more Not so Good: 1. It took 3 months for me to finally call them to see how my string trimmer service was coming along. They didn't know and eventually called me back to tell me it was ready. 2. It took so long to return; the string-trimming season was over. So I brought it home and put it in my garage. I pulled it out and tried to start it this spring, and it only ran off the choke. 3. The primer pump wasn't getting any gas when the unit was level (it would when I tipped it up). I took it apart and found the fuel line was kinked and had a hole in it. I replaced it. 4. Primer was pumping air into the tank? I eventually figured out Harbor reversed the primer flow lines, and after replacing the line (it seems like they should have done this), I reversed the incorrectly installed fuel lines. 5. I replaced the spark plug, another thing Harbor should have done when it was serviced. I won't be using Harbor again.
