Their prices are consistent with the online sales prices of higher volume dealerships, give or take a couple hundred bucks (even if they have to get the exact vehicle you want from another dealer), and they don't gouge. Most dealerships are great to customers when they're buying a car, but the true test is in their service department and whether they stand behind a vehicle's warranty. Thankfully, the folks in the service department have always been Johnny On The Spot and have never quibbled about repairs under warranty or outside of it. They're fast, good and provide a shuttle driver to get you home and back to the dealership, even if you live somewhere out in between No and Where. The one downside that removed one star from their rating is the fact that they push Boeing Employee Credit Union (BECU) financing. I had outside financing through one of the big online agencies and was fine with that, but the finance manager at Harbor Dodge persuaded me to go with BECU because they were local. Ginormous mistake I won't ever make again, BECU is a freaking nightmare! Seriously, guys, there has got to be a better financing partner for you than BECU!

He didn't trouble shoot the problem instead relied on me to diagnose the problem and order the parts. I then tried to schedule him back out to get my moneys worth or get a refund on yhe remaining 3hrs of time that was not used and nothing but crickets no response For days. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.. if I could give less then a 1 star I would. Don't be fooled look for a real mechanic and don't get taken like i did, spend your money on a real certified mechanic. Take an extra second to look past this con artist.
