In the U.S., such chicken strips one might find at a fast-food restaurant like KFC and would come with a dipping sauce to heighten the taste. Fortunately my companions had no complaints about their food, so I'm supposing I simply ordered the wrong offering for my taste and the cost for such a simple meal.
