We were selling his home and he called and paid his account through January 2023 (so 6 months of advanced payments) he explained he was selling, and he would no longer need service after January. As of January, they stated billing him again along with past due amounts on increased rates and refused to help when I called to explain THEIR error. He had not lived in that house for 8 months and it had sold in December. They pretty much told me my father never called and I was a liar, she said people make up stories all the time!! Unless I could prove to her that the call was made we had to pay all the back fees, they hadn't picked up trash at this house in 8 months! This is beyond taking advantage.
