I finally decide to do it and nurse tried to talk me out of it without ANY credible reason that would have been medical related. She kept saying I couldn't afford it (without any valid reason than my budget which she assumed I couldn't afford...I never even mentioned my budget! I had plenty of money to spend that day..so that was absolute DISCRIMINATION) -Their response to my google review about not being a candidate is ludicrous. I went to a plastic surgeon with a great BBB rating and I am absolutely a candidate for tear trough filler. Your doctors should atleast be able to communicate and back up with medical reasons why they won't do something with credible facts. I will be reporting to BBB unless refunded for $300 of dysport which left my forhead all bruised. I had botox MANY times else were and NEVER bruised. I never complained about the bruising the point is... I DIDN'T WANT BOTOX told her I wanted tear TROUGH FILLER. My area of concern was my under eyes not my forhead. The botox did not address my issues and I would like to be refunded. How does botox for the crows feet help with the tear troughs? It doesn't I was misinformed and need to be refunded. -If AZANI cared about their customers they would rectify real fast and they did not infact, it was handle even worse than I could have imagined. I called back to schedule my tear trough treatment with another nurse and they kept canceling it. They have my email and phone and choose to do nothing because they do not care about their clients. Bad treatment, bad communication, unprofessional from beginning to end and then some more. I mean you can't offer a free facial as an apology that you offered from the very beginning as a new client. It's a disgrace. No thank you - Let me make it clear I will not remove these reviews unless I am refunded for the bad botox but I will obviously not be a client of theirs, gladly.

Whereas it used to be a full IV with 6 things in it. They changed their hours dramatically so their cut down. After my 6 month membership was up with them and I cancelled it in person at Prime IV, I just saw I was still billed this month. When I discontinued my membership already. All said and done it's nice, but heavily overpriced for what it is. And some of the promised for some of the things they offer are far fetched for certain as well. It's comfortable on the massage chair. The IV takes about an hour. With my membership I was supposed to get a B vitamin shot 2x a month as well. I think out of the 6 times I went I received 2 b shots. Rather than 12. After the change of hours, unless you aren't employed, the hours are not very beneficial for anyone except maybe the employees. It's tranquil, it's not a weight loss substitute for working out. It's not a hangover cure, it's not allot of the things they claim. It's being hydrated with about a liter of fluids, getting lots of B vitamins. Something for nausea which the sublingual version of it that's ultra cheap is just as good. Toradol taken orally can be just as effective for aches and pains. It's allot of hype, because it's an enormous money maker.

Then after I told them I was very unhappy with zero results Meredith told me about pills and drops. Turned out it was Chiro thin program. Measured ,finally by her and was given these to try. Showed some progress. But then was given the program with a guide to read and follow by Dr. Kyle after the pills and drops were finished. He went on to tell me to continue it would be $580.00 additional. He then gave me pills and drops one more time. I started on my own with no supervision by the office because he said I could do it on my own. I have asked for my original measurements 3 times and have been ignored. Further I have found out by contacting Chiro Thin,directly I was supposed to be supervised while taking these capsules and liquid drops. Not a professional place in my opinion.
