Previously, when I had tried it was in a chamber and hydrogen coming from the bottom. Ice box has an entirely different concept- the cooling comes from the top and you are entirely enclosed! They provide- socks, gloves, headphones, ear covers (if you opt out of the headphones), and a robe to wear. Inside the box you remove your robe and stand there for 3 minutes or, jump around if you are like me! The box is able to fit two people! Having a friend with you certainly makes the time pass fast! Red light therapy was a treatment I had not tried before and it was very nice! They said it boosts collagen production and showed dramatic photos of differences for people after 10+ treatments. Certainly seems a good alternative to Botox! Compression therapy was also something new to me! It seems that it would be a great thing after a hard workout or a long day at a desk!
