Being spoken to this way as a patient/customer was both humiliating and unnecessary. Clear communication and basic professionalism should be the standard for any medical office. The owner Chad sat me down and went over what he said were the keys to success for my total wellness plan. His hormone doctor prescribed me on what's called growth peptides and testosterone. He then introduced me to fasting. To my dismay fasting and these peptides have given me energy levels that I'm not sure that I had even when I was in my 20's. How is anyone supposed to predict an emergency 48 hours in advance?! Any company that does not realize that sometimes things come up and appointments have to be cancelled does not care about anything else but taking your money! AND, I specifically asked them not to charge the card on file because I wanted to use a different card, but they went ahead and charged the card on file anyway. Clearly they do not care about their customers!!
