He employed a mix of sports massage/stretching/manipulation and acupuncture along with kinesiology tape when deemed useful. He also takes the time to help identify activities that may be causing or exacerbating the issue(s) and recommends activities/stretches to help alleviate the symptoms while outside of his office. I've sought out all different types of massage to aid my recovery. Yasu assess the issue and massages/stretches/manipulates in a way where I can feel the benefit WHILE he's working on me. I'm not a fan of needles, not even a little bit. Yasu is very gentle and understanding of people like myself when he decides acupuncture would be beneficial. I honestly don't feel the needles at all. Price range is a question here on Yelp. I gave it a moderate because it's not inexpensive. But by no means, especially considering the work and the results, is it expensive. A two hour massage will cost quite a bit more than the treatment you receive here. All in all I've been very happy with the results Yasu has achieved.
