They have helped me improve my energy, well-being, and bloodwork so much and I am so grateful. I have mostly gotten vitamin d shots to correct a deficiency, but have also gotten a couple of cocktails and NAD injections and even had my first ever vitamin IV experience here. The staff is patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant. They are good with me even though I am a little scared of needles and sometimes have a bad reaction to the needle itself. I have visited B12 Love a few years ago with severe iron deficiency anemia. The doctor back then recommended 200mg of Venofer for a few weeks. I was scared and tried to bring my iron up with taking oral supplements. I got it up from 19 to 65. I felt better but not great. While I was there the first time I did B vitamins and I came home completely dizzy and unable to walk for 3 weeks. That scared me even further. Recently I did more testing and found out I was loaded with mycotoxins from mold. I was put on a detox but it was removing my iron as well so I decided to give the infusion a try. This time they booked a consultation with their doctor and didn't tell me I will be charged $140 for it! After I told this doctor my story she denied me and told me to keep taking oral supplements! She was afraid my genetic mutation Factor V Leiden would cause me to have a reaction. I didn't like this doctor at all. She took my lab results paperwork and started writing on it like if it was hers and just said no! I was charged and sent home with a bottle of non-heme iron that absorbs 2-5%. What a joke! I called another clinic and scheduled my iron there. My husband came with me and we both did vitamins + NAD. It was expensive ($1000+) plus I will be returning for more as I'm suspecting my detox protocol will be removing heavy metals and iron from my body during the entire treatment. I'm so glad we did this. I felt great during and after and wish this doctor wasn't so close minded. Some people need iron because they are loosing it too fast via bleeding, blood draws or detoxing. Most people have no clue. Check your ferritin levels at Quest ($59). Join few FB iron groups. Learn from peoples posts. Try oral supplements first. If you don't bring your levels to 100-125 iron IV may be your only option to feeling better. I really wanted to give this B12 Love a second chance but after this experience... hell no! The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is due to one major concern. I recently visited the Walnut Creek location for a vitamin injection. The staff is amazing--friendly, attentive, and great to interact with. However, during my visit, another customer seated directly across from me was visibly very sick--frequent coughing, congestion, and sniffles. There was no way to socially distance. About a week later, I came down with COVID, and I strongly suspect this was the source, as I work from home and have minimal other exposure. If there were private rooms, I wouldn't even mention this. But given the risk--especially since many elders visit this location--it's not worth overlooking. I don't blame the business entirely, but I do think policies should be in place to decline service for customers who are clearly unwell, or at least add precautions like disinfecting chairs after each use and improving ventilation. read more

I had mixed experiences with my intravenous NAD+ infusions at the B12 Love Walnut Creek location over the two years that I was a client. Sometimes the person inserting the IV is quite good, but they seem to have a fair amount of turnover here, so at other times the person does not seem very experienced. A couple of times they would insert the line but not tighten it properly, so that it would start leaking all over my arm after it was flowing. Sometimes the person will promise they can get the catheter flowing but then are unable to. Once I was sitting in the lounge and heard agonized screaming coming from one of the treatment rooms. The other woman in the lounge and I looked at each other with the same expressions on our faces: "What the heck is going on?" I had Botox here once when my regular provider (who is a doctor) was on vacation, and they injected about twice as many units as my regular provider and so charged me about twice as much. I have asked questions about the biological mechanisms of how some of the treatments they recommend work, and they cannot explain it, so it's difficult to have confidence that some employees understand the science behind what they are selling and whether the treatment they are recommending is suitable for me. (I have a Ph.D. in biology, so I am interested in these things.) Management has rejected my efforts to ascertain the abilities of the new employees they assign to treat me and to provide constructive input. read more

The only thing better than going on vacation is being able to come back and feel like you weren't throwing back shots for a week straight and this place is the best way to achieve that. I came in with the intention of getting an IV but decided I didn't want to sit around and wait so I ended up getting a personalized shot (for once the non alcoholic kind) and my injector was nice enough to throw in the NAD and add two extra boosters for free. It was a little spicy but nothing unbearable what did throw me off was the strong vitamin-y taste in my mouth afterwards. I am solely on a walk in basis. I always walk in and immediately taken to the back by my provider. Everybody who works here is incredible btw. The person giving me the shot often asks if I have a preference which [butt] cheek I want the injection then let's know what sensations I can expect to be feeling if any at all are to be felt. I never feel the needle. You can keep a card on file or use a physical card or pay with your phone. There are also packages for pricing but I personally like to pop in 2-3 times consistently then disappear for months on end. I have gotten regular B12, extra strength B12, B-complex (B6 burns a little), fertility boost, and folate. Maybe one or two of the cocktails also. I am pleased with all of the injections I have had. One day I will get an IV Drip but that that day has not yet come so therefore I cannot review the IV's. Vitamin pills always break my skin out. Doesn't matter how clean the brand is, it will happen. Then I pick at my skin and get left with acne scars/hyperpigmentation. Having access to injectable vitamin options has saved my skin. Also, I had an allergy localized to my lips in 2020 that has left my skin barrier stripped so my lips are incredibly sensitive. Since having my baby and exclusively breastfeeding I was depleted of something. After one visit of b12 5mg x b-complex x biotin. My lips are no longer cracked and peeling off my face. Yay! read more

When I first arrived, I felt rushed by the provider on duty. I was immediately told they would not have time to give me the full IV of what I had scheduled because they closed at 5 PM. Incredibly disappointing as I was told nothing of the sort when I was told to arrive at 4 PM for that exact IV. They changed their menu and the type of vitamins in the injections. When I asked the nurse, she just told me it was some state policy or new regulation. No apologies, just take as it is or don't come back. She didn't care that a regular client would be upset that they kept the category names on their menu but had different vitamins in it. She pretty much implied to take it or leave it. If she had just been a bit more understanding and showed some empathy of why a regular client would be disappointed, but she seemed like she didn't care. "I'm sorry, due to new policies we don't have...", instead of shrugging her shoulders and non chalantly saying, "we changed our products!" By the way, this is out of pocket payments, not some clinic serving freebies. Have better customer service, please. read more
