Mike, from service came out of the shop and very gruffly and rudely asked me if I was planning on paying for the charge. I said that I thought it was free, but I would be more than happy to pay for it. He directed me inside. Upon going inside and inquiring I was informed that there was no way to pay for the charge and that it was for customers who purchased vehicles at that dealership only. Now I wouldn't have an issue with this whatsoever except that there is no signage marking this. I think Watson would do well to put up a sign, informing customers of when and how the charger may be used. Secondly, Mikes rudeness is what prompted me to actually write this review. If he had came out and just explained to me that the charger was for customers could purchase vehicles there. I would totally understand that and appreciate that and there would be no issue. But his rudeness was a huge turn off.
