Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. So to start they didn't do any closing on my house…read morefor 2 months, so I found out what they had to do and did it for them. I did this because I my work was getting annoyed by how much time I was taking off to deal with the house at the starting of our busy season. Then they never showed on closing signing, and they said they had to be there. Sent me all the paperwork to sign remotely, then proceeded to lose it and make me sign again but changed the prices. So I made them fix it then signed. After getting into the house there automated system kicked me off online payments to certified funds because I was paying early. Then when paying for a certified check and mailing the check they would get lost and wouldn't get to my mortgage. In which they put me in default but report to the credit bureau that I was in foreclosure. And they did all this with out any notification or communication. Then when I call them I spend 2 hours on the phone going in circle with them about how I need to pay and I can't because of there system is built to take your home and leave you destitute. Then they just tell me to another check. Then there loss mitigation tells to f myself in nicer works. So far almost loosing my house because of there incompetence and blatant disregard for any accountability I will be refinancing away as soon as physically possible then will be starting a Suite against them with all the info from credit bureau my bank and the post office I have collected, plus the calls I have recorded with them.​
