This place needs a lot of work. I would call it a dump. It's old and musty. Smells awful. Only good thing was the bar. Restaurant was okay. Toilet leaked. They put in a new one. Lol. No room cleaning or clean towels for three days unless you request them. Was the pits.

Fitness center. Ask for the key at the front desk.

During a short weekend trip to Indiana, I did a Yelp search for hotels in the Warsaw area and found the Wyndham Garden Inn. A quick browse of the hotel pics, amenities, and pricing had me sold. I booked 2 nights here and counted the days to our vacation. This hotel is full service complete with endless features like event rooms, a ballroom, indoor/outdoor pools, an indoor whirlpool, exercise room, arcade room, a lounge, restaurant, gift shop, business room, and the hotel even has an onsite masseuse by appointment only. I didn't utilize it but the menu has fair pricing. The bed and linens are decent and the showers have good water pressure. The shower in our room had a manual multi-function shower head and the persnickety side of me took delight in its use. The only downside to our stay began the following morning when we unexpectedly awoke to a loud buzzing noise just above us. We stayed up really late the night before and the last thing we wanted to deal with was this blaring noise at 7am. It went on for a solid hour and because of it, we couldn't fall back asleep. The noise was so loud that my earplugs couldn't block out the sound! My husband contacted the front desk to find out what was going on. After a brief conversation with the front desk, we later learned the hotel hired contractors to repair the roof that morning. I understand hotels need to undergo routine maintenance from time to time, however; the Wyndham should have anticipated this and redirected guests to rooms further away from the noise prior to check in. We raised these concerns to Alex (the front desk associate) and, thankfully, he did his best to find us a room on another floor. He went above and beyond by compensating us for the inconvenience with a free buffet breakfast the next day. Despite this issue, our stay was pleasant. I loved how it had a heated indoor pool and whirlpool. These amenities are a plus when you're traveling during the winter season. The pool room had a unique western saloon style theme and the whirlpool was covered by a beautiful gazebo. It felt like a garden oasis. I enjoyed relaxing the day away under its heated currents. To the right were both an arcade room, with a pool table, and an exercise room. We spent some time in the arcade room and the machines took tokens only. There is a token machine and a token cost 25 cents. Most games were roughly 2-4 tokens a play. For our last night, we had dinner at the hotel's onsite restaurant, Palette, and the food was simply delicious. I would go into more detail but I'll save that for a separate review. If you need to do laundry, there is a laundry room on the 3rd floor and the cost is $2.25 per washer/dryer. I didn't notice if there was any laundry detergent or fabric softener there so you may need to bring your own or ask the front desk. Parking is free and so is the WiFi. Daily newspapers are complementary. If you need to print out documents or plane tickets, there is a business room on the ground floor free of use. As a whole, pricing was excellent for the amenities offered and after taxes, we spent roughly $90/night for a king sized suite. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and when we make a return visit to Indiana, we plan on choosing the Wyndham Warsaw for future stays.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise after staying at another Wyndham hotel the previous weekend in another city that I wasn't thrilled with. The room was a decent size. The bathroom was a little small. Everything was super clean and there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room which was nice because I like my bottled water cold! It has both an indoor and outdoor pool and they were both nice. I had hot tea in the restaurant one of the mornings and the buffet looked fine considering they charge $5 for it but I wasn't hungry. The staff was friendly, the parking lot was quite large, and they have a Tesla supercharger on the side of the building. All in all this was a very positive experience.

They don't offer coffee on the weekends. Outrageous. They just last my company's business. Go to the Hampton across the street.

Staff is friendly and answered all our questions and sent up our extra pillows and blankets when we called down for some in a timely manner. The room was a good size with plenty of space to walk around the beds. The beds were really comfy as well as the pillows being firmer. I would have slept great if it weren't for hearing every single door open and close on our hall. Or hearing the people next to us talking at all hours or hearing people I. The hall till midnight. Needless to say the walls are thin. The bathroom was cleanish and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. Plenty of toiletries for two people to use and wash their hair as well. Nice bath towels. They weren't to thin or stiff. Breakfast was typical hot breakfast and my kids love making their own waffles. Extremely close to the wagon wheel and shopping and places to eat. Not sure if stay again due to the thin walls and lack of sleep but if it weren't for that I'd def stay again. Easy to access and so close to so many things.

The pool is okay, it is salt water and had a lot of chemicals, that burned my kids eyes pretty bad later, but it was a pool. We laid down later to get ready for bed and my daughter was complaining of itchy legs, I chalked it up to the pool chemicals. About midnight, my niece and boyfriend were just sitting on the bed and the frame broke. It was unexpected but stuff happens. They offered to move us rooms, but the littles were already asleep so we dealt with it. After laying down to sleep, I got bit on my back. I knew immediately it was a bed bug bite, I have a really bad reaction to the bites. I checked things out and found a little one under the sheets. Everyone was already sleeping, so I waited until morning to deal with it. Turns out my son in the other room was bit multiple times throughout the night, as was my daughter. We packed up and alerted the desk to the bugs. We gave her the one I found and killed and she said she was showing her manager. We weren't offered any kind of compensation, rate refund, free stay, nothing. We didn't receive any apology. Hopefully they take care of the issue, but beware, there ARE bugs. The rooms were 208 and 210.

Doesn't housekeeping notice and report anything? Also biggest complaint, the "King Suite" has a micro closet, made worse by the dresser being only about 18" high with 4 mini drawers. It didn't even hold the contents of 1 medium suitcase. So we had to live out of the suitcases like camping. It's not like there wasn't room for a full height dresser. I guess Marriott saved $19 on the particleboard full size. Someone tell corporate that customers notice inconveniences. Bending to floor level is ridiculous.

My mom is wheelchair-bound, so it was essential that they have the one handicap-accessible room with a walk-in shower, as shown on the booking app. Before the wedding, I confirmed with the front desk that this was indeed the room my parents would receive, and was told yes. When my parents arrived after driving three hours, they were checked into the room only to find it completely unusable--mattress and box spring pushed against the window, trash bags left in the bathroom, and overall not prepared for guests. After moving all their belongings and my mom back down to the front desk, staff admitted, "Oops, we aren't supposed to use that room," and reassigned them. The new "accessible" room only had a standard tub with a grab bar, which my mom cannot use. This left her without a safe way to shower or use the restroom during the most important weekend--her granddaughter's wedding. I had to pause wedding preparations to scramble for a solution. No other hotels in the area had a walk-in shower available. In the end, the best I could do was find an emergency appointment for her to wash her hair, which cost $75 just so she could feel somewhat prepared for the wedding. Despite that, she went two full days unable to shower. What should have been a joyful weekend was made unnecessarily stressful and upsetting. My parents and I were left struggling with unsafe and inadequate accommodations, despite the hotel's prior confirmation that the correct room was reserved. To make matters worse, multiple staff members were unable to offer any meaningful solution or even a discount for the trouble, despite the fact that they had confirmed the accessible room just the day before. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone needing reliable accessible accommodations. If a hotel cannot provide or guarantee the accessibility features it advertises, it should not list them at all. Misrepresenting accessibility is unacceptable and leaves families like mine in impossible situations.
