I have been going to this place for years. I got my nails done with DIP POWDER the week of a wedding I had to attend. Two of the nails literally fell off before the wedding, and I went back the day after to get them fixed. The guy told me I peeled them off, basically calling me a liar. You need to be really dense to allege someone they peeled off a nail that literally fell off. WHY WOULD I PEEL THE NAIL OFF?!?!?! Imagine running a business and being that ignorant? Absolutely poor customer service. I, nor anyone in my family, friends, or social media following will be stepping foot anywhere near this place again. read more

I never get my nails professionally done and was looking for a local salon with great reviews who could do my nails for my wedding. I'm so happy that I went to Wynn! I walked in and had a short wait since it was on a Friday during lunchtime. I had such a wonderful experience! My full set of acrylic nails, with a design, were cute and priced fairly. I really enjoyed my pedicure (can't remember which one but it was a special). It was probably the most luxurious experience that I've ever had with a pedicure! I could not be more disappointed... many people referred this place. Made an appointment for 3 pm. They did not take us until 340. My daughter has a banquet and is now going to be late. The girl who did my nails clearly hated her job - she was so rude and impatient. She watched a show the entire time she did my nails and proceed to cut my fingers and toes up so badly that I bled--I had to tell her she was hurting me. She left stained nail polish on my fingers, I think my toe is on the way to being infected. I was so pissed I even tipped her. Not sure her name, but her drill tool said "Karen" - so if she is your nail technician, ask for someone else. She is THE most unprofessional technician I have even met and I feel like she's not hygienic with her tools. I've had good experiences there, but this girl ruined the entire salon for me. read more

I genuinely got the best nail set I've ever had in my life here, and I've been getting my nails done for at least 6 years now. I asked for a pretty intricate design and the woman who did my nails did EXACTLY what I asked for from the picture. Literally the worst customer service I ever experienced with a nail salon. The owner or manager was so rude and literally laughed on the phone as I'm trying to talk to him and he kept saying " I don't get your point". I came in to get my nails done and I called over the phone to see how much it'll be. The person on the phone quoted me $45 and so I made an appointment to come in. Then when I arrived the lady who started doing my nails kept touching my nails, then her phone, then back to my nails then back to texting here and there which I thought was not only odd was but extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. Then once my nails finished and I went up to pay and the same guy I spoke on the phone with quotes me $65... like what?? Why is it $20 more?? He says oh you got chrome. I'm like I said on the phone I want pink, chrome, medium, almond shaped nails and you said $45. Then he changes the story and goes oh it's your length. At this point I knew he was going to haggle me one way or another so I just paid and left. Then fast forward 2 weeks later I noticed my nail lifted a bit so I removed them. Upon removing it I saw that the entire nail bed was infected and so I called the salon back. Mind you I've been getting my nails done for YEARS and this has never happened before. I spoke with the same guy who happens to be either the manager or owner and kept laughing and saying "I don't get your point" as I'm explaining it to him. He's like oh you waited too long in between that's why that happened. I'm like 2 weeks isn't that long and this is all because of your staffs unsanitary practices that you allow to happen aka no gloves, touching everything without disinfecting properly and etc. He's like I don't know what to tell you there's nothing we can do besides clean the nails. Then as I explain that's not a fix he laughs again and goes I don't know what the problem is and I don't get your point lady. I'm like MY NAIL IS INFECTED FROM YOUR SALON. He goes I don't get your point. At this point I'm so frustrated and I hang up. This man clearly doesn't care about his customers he just wants to make a quick buck even if it means haggling you or putting customers at a health risk. Never again will I step into this salon and I urge others not to either. read more

There is no way for me to select zero stars otherwise I would've done so. I have been going to this nail salon for several months and whoever is at the front desk and runs the place (I believe he's the owner) is so terribly rude. He also overcharges and somehow the price is always different and once he even told me that he has to charge extra because of how long it takes the nail technician. The only reason why I go back is because I like my nail technician. Each time I go, I get nails done and also do 3-D designs which usually cost $15-$40 extra. I'd think I'm a great client. I get my nails done by Genesis. She is extremely sweet and takes time to do a nice job. I was in a bit of a bind as I was traveling this past weekend. Two of my nails are broken so I decided to get them done since it was about that time anyways at a different nail salon. So I came here today, asking if I could get an appointment to get 3-D designs done on top of it. And the guy said That I have to get done the whole thing in order for them to do the second and the. had the audacity to tell me that Genesis says my nails are difficult to do. Outright liar. He was so utterly rude to me. I will never go back and I will tell all of my friends how horrible this human being is And I couldn't help myself from sharing publicly. If I could give 0 stars I would. I showed a clear picture of what type of nails I wanted and every step even before laying the acrylic I spoke up that the shape is not even close to the same style. The man who was doing my nails kept getting an attitude every time I mentioned it and told me trust the process he will shape them later. So I tried to trust him, and after each hand and shaping I made it known again this shape wasn't what I was going for. He snapped at me and told me it was exactly the same where's the difference and to ask the people around me if it's the same or not. They women I did ask agreed with me. He calls over a woman to look at reference pictures I have and my nails. I show her pictures of my nails I've previously had and she tells me the reason mine look different is because my nail beds are too big for nails like these so it is the same just looks different on me. Despite the pictures being of my own nails. Basically gaslighting me the entire time telling me if I wasn't happy I should have said something sooner. I never got angry or rude. I'm a firm believer if you wait to the end to speak up you get what you get. And you always give respect. But I mentioned several times how I wasn't happy with the shape. But was met with such disgusting attitude for no reason. Things happen solution could have been met. I was happy paying for the time spent regardless of the outcome but I was treated with such disrespect and humiliated for being kind and understanding while advocating for what I wanted from my nail appointment from the beginning that I felt I shouldn't be subjected to staying and having them soaked off by the Same MAN who was so hostile over something like this. Or choose to leave and have to pay because I don't want to be around this man. I'm sorry I didn't pay for your time but you had me in tears and treated me in a way you should really reevaluate yourself because as someone who provides a service like nails if someone doesn't like something and they voice it 4 times very politely and you still don't deliver ..... why are you getting mad at anyone but yourself ?! Why aren't you saying let's fix this. I went to my normal nail salon today and Henry slayed. Clark nails is my only nail salon. They understand customer service. read more

Terrible!! Terrible Terrible Terrible!! I was so excited to get my nails done that day, and I left beyond disappointed. I showed them the picture of what I wanted. Very simple and easy french manicure with 2 flowers. Everything was going well until the manicurist decided to give me a nasty look and attitude by asking "What, is it not to your standards?" I was shocked at how she was talking to me. I was so disappointed. As she was shaping my nails, they were ALL bumpy and none of them were the correct shape. On top of that, she pushed my cuticles back leaving them bleeding and to the point where I would have to go back in a few weeks to get them done again. I was excited to leave happy, and I was crying when I got in the car. When I went to go pay, they had a problem with their Zelle where I had to pay over $200 just so they could receive a payment. They eventually sent me back $100 after a few days. I was so happy looking at the reviews, but DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM! THE PRICING IS RIDICULOUS!!! DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CUTICLES TO BLEED WHEN YOU LEAVE AND IF YOU WANT TO CRY IN YOUR CAR WHEN YOUR DONE! Beyond insane. Highly disappointed. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Nice and clean place. The owner is very friendly. I had my nails done initially by I believe her name was Melissa and she did an excellent job!! I recently went again and hoping to get the same nail technician but I got the owner. I wasn't pleased at all! Once I left I noticed the polish was not smooth, around the side of my nails he missed some spots with polish, and no cuticle oil was applied. Unlike the previous times I was here they applied a hot towel to the hands/nails and wiped the nails of the excess cream, this guy didn't do any of that! Not so please ! read more
