Omg I absolutely loved having my pedicure done by Jeanette! She was so amazing and made me never wanna leave. I purchased a spa pedicure which took about 90 minutes. She made sure to make it worth every dollar. I had her do a gel French manicure and it came out perfect. Do yourself a favor and NEVER come here. I wanted a simple color change on my feet and gel acrylics on my hands. First, the color I wanted looked nothing like it did in the bottle and the man in there fought me about it. Second, there is a sign that says acrylic nails for students are $25 when i first came in I asked how much extra for gel he said $5 but then later said $10. At first he said the color change on my feet would be $8 then he said $10 then he said $12. They do not have consistent prices and don't even do a good job. I ended up getting a regular gel manicure since there was so much confusion and it's been less than a week later and it's already peeling off. Today was the 3rd time I have been to this newly opened business. The first two times I came, everything was perfect. I went today to just get my nails cut, change color and a pedicure. First, the pedicure was rushed. No scrub and a rushed massage (the best part). For my manicure, I just needed my nails cut with a color change for work. I was not due just yet for a fill-in, however, the woman continued to pressure me for a fill-in and to get gel over and over and over again. It was becoming overwhelming. When she was finished with my manicure I had polish on my skin. I was just so disappointed I did not want to express my concern in front of other customers. When I got home I called them to discuss my experience and they told me to come back. I did not want to come back, I just wanted to share that service was not great and politely asked for a refund of just the manicure due to the experience. The man did not understand and kept telling me to come back in. I did not want to come in. He was getting angry and just hung up. I will not be turning after that experience. This place gave me probably one of the worst nail experiences I have EVER received. First of all, when I got there, the man who was at the register was extremely rude. So that was a fantastic greeting. Then, I was left unattended with my feet soaking in the water (that got cold because it was so long) for 45 minutes, and it wasn't that it was busy, there were literally two other people there. After that (meaning the 45 minutes that felt like forever when you have to stare at the same video playing over and over again the whole time) the woman doing my nails painted only one coat of a polish that was supposed to be painted with two coats minimum. Honestly, overall it seemed that the employees had no idea what they were doing. But the final thing that happened that was just completely unacceptable, was the fact that in the 45 minutes I was waiting to get ONE coat, an employee dropped a clients phone and the screen shattered. A whole argument happened in front of me and I honestly have no clue what went on but all I know is that a phone was dropped and shattered and all that was offered was a discount. In the end, I ended up with pretty crappy nails that I could've painted myself in a fraction of the time it took them, and a very unpleasant experience. 100% do not recommend, please save yourself time and money and don't come here. read more
