It was 9:45 so I gave it a shot and called. A nice woman picked up the phone & said she was booked for the day. But if I could get there within 20 she'd fit me in. The salon is very clean and spacious. Every time I come I notice that the tools are sterilized and use a new nail file which is awesome because many salons don't do this. I always get dip powder for $36 and they last me 3 weeks. They also have numerous pedicure options to choose from if you're looking to get one. I would recommend the callus removal which was $30 I believe. The only reason why I give it four stars is because I always make an appointment and sometimes I've had to wait around 15-20 minutes. This doesn't always happen but it has happened and if i'm making an appointment I wouldn't mind waiting 5 minutes but anything more than that is a lot because I always show up on time and it's courteous. I understand they are busy but just something i have noticed. Overall, I would recommend this nail salon.

My nails came out fat, uneven and look like big bubbles. I told him 5 times to shave them down more and make them even and he said no they look good. The manager didn't even offer a discount or fix them, he just told me to come back to have them fixed but I live in Manhattan and that is not an option for me. I now have to find the time to get them redone somewhere else and spend another hour and $50 on nails. Never again with this place.

The atmosphere is relaxing. There aren't too many people here when I've gone (4pm on a Monday). The manicurist who did my nails has always done a good job and has always been very nice. I've not gotten a pedicure here before, but manicures have always been good and they give massages at the end of them. When my ankle isn't injured, I"ll be back and see how they do with pedicures.
