ePronet is the best! Thanks to Cecilia, she is so caring and understanding, she will treat you like family. We have been with ePronet now for 2 years, all of my maintainance request were on time and Cecilia always follow up to make sure that the vendors show up and complete the job. The condo that I leased has an impossible neighbor that lives downstairs from us that is a liar and a chronic complainer. Cecilia came to my residence to find out why the people were complaining at a time when 2 of her family members were hospitialized.She tried to mediate with the impossible neighbor and the HOA She went above and beyond for her clients, the owner of the condo that we leased. I can't say enough about this lady and what she has done for us. I faced a lot of challenges in 2021 and Cecilia was my Angel on Earth that I truly believe that God sent to look out for us. I submitted my application for this Unit on Saturday, the office was closed obviously. On Monday Karen Wu the Broker for the unit pushed it through for me. I kept calling Karen to get an update on my application and finally she gave the to Epronet's office. I spoke with a very nice lady by the name of Jocelyn Lopez who assured my that she will do everything in her power to make sure that I was moved in by the date that. Jocelyn was EXCELLENT! Terrible experience, led by incompetence. They took over a week to respond to my and me. I told them I was the bread winner and to base everything off of me. They insisted on running my wife's credit, but claimed it was just a formality. And denied us based on her. My specs: 770-815 credit score, exemplary rental history, earnings of over $10000/month. Her credit is around 615, with no evictions. Naturally, they ran an eviction check and misread the information about her. We are currently living in a home we have rented for two years. With both of us on the lease. We were not denied by our current property managers, and that was two years ago. My wife has not had any blips in the two years, and yet, eProNet did not approve us. Makes me wonder why they try to uphold such high standards when: 1) One of the two candidates of a married couple more than covers every need and concern a real estate company could have. 2) The place we tried to rent through them was very nice, inside, but dilapidated on the outside. With a broken glass window. And a messy, dirt yard. With no trees or covering in the backyard. We ended up renting a different home through a different realtor. But it was one of the two homes we looked at through eProNet, originally. So, they missed out on our money, and continue to get bad reviews. Perhaps they should worry about their own inadequacies before judging without thought. It's their right, either way. But to judge harshly, without reason, is a quick way down a rough Update: they still are terrible, the response I got was clearly from someone who did not read the review, only responded to the low rating. read more

Peter Chen is one of the worst landlords. He's suppose to be real estate agent but he acts as if he's the owner. They are not honest and refuses to fix the mold in my condo. He also refuses to terminate the lease due to the Mold being a danger to my health. This is the worst property management I have even come in contact with. From the phones never working and Clyda at the front desk who has no idea what the meaning of customer service is. There was no communication at any time of the this process, and if it weren't for my phone calls, we never would have spoken. Bob thought it was ok to omit certain important stipulations to the lease and seemed almost offended when I questioned them. HORRIBLE Property Management company. Do not use them to manage your rentals or rent any property they manage. They do not respond to repairs request. We had a damaged roof and it took them about 2 weeks of calling them, calling them, calling them, before someone showed up to take a look + fix the problem. The monthly rent is paid on time and include pool maintenance once a week. we have been notifying them of a possible leak in the pool and we have to manually add water to the pool almost everyday so that the pool pump is not blown. This was told to us by the pool service guy. The issue is now over 2 months and they still have taken very little action to correct the problem. We called the property manager and they gave us the run around as to why it has not been taken care of week after week. The pool is now about 80% empty and turning green. Which is a health hazard, and our neighbor called the county about the health hazard of the pool. The city came and posted an notice of possible green pool violation or be cited. I called the property manager and told her she said " I would not worry about that notice at this time" That was over a week ago and no response since. I called the broker and he said he was not aware of that the problem was not fix. And that someone would call me by the end of day. No calls from anyone. My advice is to stay clear of this company. "eRealty" probably stands for Eek Realty. read more

They wanted me to pay everything up front by the 20th, which I did and they didn't give me my garage key, parking lot number, & mail box key. When a tenant moves in, everything should be ready for that person to move in- but it was not. I let the keys go, but now I'm trying to move in and the condo is a mess. The carpet is tearing off, the blinds are broken, one of the microwave part is broken. Don't ever go through Angela Ong- worst realtor ever. They don't even deserve that one star. read more

Do not trust ePronet360 and their staff. The rent was negotiated with Angela to lower the rent by $50 a month. My request was due to the unit was not clean, dead bugs and the walls were dirty. I went through the application $75 and deposit $250, process which is a online process ( note: please read all fine print in the application process). At the time of lease signing the original rent $$ was on the lease. They claim they did not remember agreeing to adjust the rent. I decided to take the loss in the $75 application fee after reading several negative reviews that were similar. I would not recommend company the practices are suspect and trickery. The process of returning deposit takes 5-7 business days, this was a big disappoint when I was expecting to move in to my new place in 7 days. read more

Put in an app for a rental and paid two $55 app fees plus a $250 holding deposit. They take the money and tell us we will contact you in 24-48 hrs. So almost a month later no word . Already rented a different property (which took less then a day to approve) so now I have to go and get our $250 . Im sure they will have an excuse to try and keep that as well. read more

From a renters stand point this was by far THE WORST property management company to deal with. I believe it to be a combination of a cheap landlord and an even cheaper management company. During my rental period I experienced just about every appliance break. In the lease from Epronet they require the tenant pay the service call fee not to exceed $100.00. I didn't think much of this in the beginning because I expected things to be in good working condition. Boy, was I wrong. I probably spent close to $500.00 on service fee calls. Rachel Yu was my first property manager and she doesn't answer email, phone calls, or text messages in a timely manner. During my rental period I was given a new property manager Angela Ong. She too, does not answer email, text, or phone calls in a timely manner. When things would break, I felt Epronet was dispatching unlicensed contractors to fix. I've never understood the phrase "Skip over a dime to pick up a nickel" until I lived it. I had a gas leak in my house from the water heater for more than a month before anything was done about it. The water heater had also been improperly installed and caused the garage to burn pretty severely. Very scary considering when I hired someone to come look at it I was told the house should be condemned. Now as a homeowner I could NEVER imagine allowing Epronet to manage my property. In addition to the water heater, the garage, washer & dryer, toilets, dishwasher, all had to be worked on more than once. Also, when I moved out Epronet tried to charge me $650.00 to have the town-house painted. This made me laugh, in my original lease it started the house WAS NOT freshly painted. Thankfully I had the pictures from previous MLS listings and pictures I took before moving in and pictures of exiting. I threatened Epronet, Rachel Yu, and Angela Ong with a lawsuit. Do your research renters and landlords, stay away!!! Since moving out, the town-house has been re-rented even while the water heater (to my knowledge) continues to burn the inside of the garage. I've made a call to City of Henderson Fire Inspectors to handle. read more

This property management company is terrible. Owned by people from China, the business requires that ALL tenants pay for their own repairs to their rented property if they are less than $100.00! This is preposterous! All rent is due by the fifth of the month regardless of Banking days OR Holidays. The people there are in for one thing and that's cutting costs by making tenants make their own repairs and our property manager, Angela, is very rude and argumentative to us all the time. She, or the company do not share the view that in business, you have to treat people with the idea that the customer is always right. Our property manager is very argumentative and obtuse. We are going to register a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It took two years for this property management company to finally offer the option of paying the rent with a credit card, and they charge a $49.95 fee to pay online with a debit card!!!
